Regarding my Ballistic Armor and electronic devices I do not stock these but procure them on a client-by-client basis so the escrow isn't viable to use for it as it has to be ordered in. All are shipped with at least a DCN but I recommend Tracked delivery. You must have at least 10+ transactions to be able to buy these items with me.

TERMS OF SERVICE -

Dispatch is now done Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless specifically requested (for bulk/wholesale in particular).

Please discuss prices with me BTC or Sterling. I do not work in USD so please do not reference prices in that currency.

Once your order has been received I expect you to finalize as soon as you are able to do so. If I uphold my end of the bargain on providing a swift service I expect you to do the same, I am running a business.

I ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN BTC. NO OTHER PAYMENT METHODS SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.

If you make an order with me and give me a rating under 5/5 unless you give me the opportunity to address any mistake made I will refuse to deal with you again.

If your buying stats are under 5 successful transactions I require you to finalize early (FE) as standard. I will also ask for FE if you have above a 5% refund or large auto-finalize rate. If you have 5+ then I do not require FE and I urge all buyers to stay within the escrow system. If you are ordering bulk then the first couple of transactions you have with me I will require FE but once a relationship is established then I am happy to work in the escrow system. For anyone outside these categories please stay in Escrow, it's there for a reason!

WEEKEND POLICY:

Sometimes I take weekends off, particularly from around Saturday afternoon onwards. If you send me a message from Friday evening onwards and I don't get back to you straight away don't worry, I will get back to you as soon as I am back online which is usually by Monday at the latest. :)

REFUND POLICY:

Domestic (United Kingdom)
In the highly unlikely event that your order does not arrive unless have signed, recorded or tracked delivery then you are not eligible for a refund. If the package has been marked delivered or addressee unknown you will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for a refund will only occur when YOU the client can prove to both myself and the SR staff that your package did not arrive.

International
I will not refund any international orders, no exceptions.

RESHIP POLICY:
I will consider these on a case-by-case basis.

DCN/Tracking Codes

I do not ship with tracking or a DCN/Tracking for small order unless specifically asked to do so by the client. If I do ship with tracking have a policy of not giving them out UNLESS they are asked for specifically by the client. I keep them on record so they can be given on request however once they are delivered all codes are destroyed. For larger order I will ship with tracking by default. Should you wish to waver this I will expect early finalization for the order.

Early Finalization and recorded delivery is required for packages that are sent to hotels/places of work.

TERMS OF SALE FOR AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND CLIENTS:
Buyers with 10+ transactions and with less than 5% refund and 0 autofinalization are entitled to full escrow.

TERMS OF SALE TO RUSSIAN CLIENTS:
FE is required from all Russian clients because your postal service is so unreliable. I will also require everything to be recorded. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bulk/Wholesale customers must be an established buyer to be entitled to escrow and losses will be split 50/50 between myself and the client. Tracking MUST be able to be provided to prove seizure has occurred.
