Any orders stolen by customs will be replaced and re-shipped at absolutely no charge to you. It's not your fault if the thieving bastards intercepted your order, and I believe it is my responsibility to package your order stealthily enough to make it to your door. I only accept payment through the Silk Road. I will not ask you to release escrow early. Distrust any vendor who requests you to release escrow early; Silk Road has instituted an escrow system for a good reason.

Few things can piss a person off as much as finding something you have just purchased on sale for 20% less a few days later. It's downright demoralizing, is what it is. And well I can't help you with that laptop from Best-Buy that went on sale for $150 off the week after you bought it, I can offer you a 30 day pricing guarantee. Whatever do you mean by a thirty day price guarantee, you may ask. Well, I'm damn glad you did ask, because I've already gone to the trouble to get the answer all ready for you.
If within 30 days of your purchase you find the same item you've purchased here available anywhere else in the world that is available, in stock, to be delivered to you for less than you have paid here, you will get an immediate refund of the difference. I will also adjust our pricing accordingly so that everyone benefits from the same, lower price.
►Office Hours, and Shipping Guarantee

The time zone here is GMT. All orders placed before 1400hrs Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day, guaranteed. Larger orders may be split up with staggered mailings. What does guaranteed mean? It means if I don't ship on the day we are supposed to, I will refund you 1/2 the value of your order, immediately. For the week following, all staff will perform the dance of shame during our morning tea break, and will forfeit their tea biscuits as well. Additionally I will post a thread in the Rumor Mill section of the forums entitled "I am a great big poopy-head and have failed my customer" and will use that thread to publicly apologize. We take shipping promises very seriously here, as we do our morning tea and biscuits.
Orders placed after 1400hrs but before 1700hrs Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day if at all possible, and if your order cannot packed in time for the last mail run, then I will send you a PM informing you of that fact, and will send your order out with the first mail run the next business day. There are a ton of 'Bank Holidays' in the UK, so we may be closed for shipping on random days like 'The Queens Butlers Dog Walkers Anniversary Gala,' or 'Bonfire Night', or 'Shrove Tuesday'. Sometimes we smoke a joint and order in pizza for lunch.

First Class Airmail delivery is FREE, anywhere in the world, with other mailing options available for a small additional fee. I may split up larger orders with staggered mailings, at no additional charge. You only need to select the upgraded mailing option *ONCE* for each order. Quite a few breeders packs can fit in one mailing, but if it is necessary to split an order into 2 mailings, the second mailing will get upgraded shipping as well, at no charge to you. The stealth packaging is designed to sneak under the radar of those sneaky bastards at customs whose reprehensible job it is to keep you from receiving your cannabis seeds. This means no bulky bubble envelopes or any type of packaging that at a glance would indicate that we're trying to sneak seeds past them, as well as get them through the worlds postal systems without getting crushed. There is a second, interior rip and tear proof Tyvek envelope inside the outer envelope, so the contents will not be exposed if the outer envelope is accidentally ripped or torn during transit. There is also some additional packaging to ensure that the seeds have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip.
The stealth packaging is not, however, James Bond level secret compartment shit. Once you carefully cut open the inner Tyvek envelope, and work your way through the other packaging, you will be greeted with a thin cardboard layer which when removed will expose the breeders packs and your cannabis seeds. There will be one or more small plastic devices which hold flat breeders packages such as Nirvana or Dutch Passion. Remove the bits of painters tape that we put in place to keep things from moving around while we were packing your order, and CAREFULLY slide the seed packages out of the end of this device. If you attempt to pull the seed package straight up and out, you will crush your seeds, and god will create another sneaky bastard customs officer. So don't do that.
