After looking into this myself I have given up trying to find a safe option for now. The best you can do is use a clearnet provider hosted in a country like Russia, accessed over Tor of course and PGP everything.

What is to stop anyone creating an account in that name? some names are reserved but we have seen all manner of variations using numbers as letters e.g. 0 so no just because it comes from 'silkroadadmins' does not make it legitimate.

You will NEVER receive a message from Silk Road asking you to download anything, you should NEVER open a link posted on these forums or sent via PM and you will NEVER be asked to make a bitcoin donation to Silk Road.

All are scams or worse malware / keyloggers / rootkits and will compromise your security and probably see you relieved of all your btc or worse.

I have redacted the link for obvious reasons.

Shipping locations is very much on our radar Fezzik and it is one of the many features yet to be rolled out.
