I dont like them.

But if you do enter one, make sure there is verifiable ways to prove if you won or not. Lotteries that are based on things that are outside the vendors control. Like basing off the states lottery, where you choose a number and if your number comes up on the last ball in the states lottery on a particular date then you win..

Any lottery's that are not transparency. Avoid.

Also I can only assume it would be bought by some sort of fraud which is against the rules.

When you register, you are asked for the PIN.. This is just a second password and does not need to be numbers only.

There is currently no way to change the pin, however this feature is being implemented.. You require your pin when you withdraw or to make a purchase, If you have forgotten your pin contact Libertas or support through the marketplace.
