Shipping / Re: Customs 'Toughness' league - Top 10
« on: February 26, 2013, 09:19 pm »
Australian customs claim they inspect all international mail, either visually, with canine detection or a scanner.

If a letter shipment is prepared correctly using non vapor permeable methods (i.e. dog proof) then what do you think the chances are of them putting it through a scanner? I'd say approximately nil.

Step it up vendors and the seizure rates will drop off significantly.

Thanx, but how do I know my SR adres, and where can I sent btc from my instawallet to SR adres?

Can I strongly suggest that you go and do some reading on how bit coin works etc, it is best to research these things thoroughly first before using SR. I am happy to hep you but I have some concerns regarding your preparedness for using SR if you are still having issues such as this. Everyone should do PLENTY of research before getting started.

A good place to start is the Silk Road wiki, here is the link:

Go and have a look and post back if you still are having issues.

Customer support / Re: Vendor yet to agree to extension of escrow
« on: February 26, 2013, 08:14 pm »
If you took it into resolution, it won't autofinalize.  I believe (though I've never had it happen personally) that it will just sit there waiting for customer support to decide what to do about it.  If the coins got released no matter what you did, vendors would be scamming people all the time by just doing nothing & letting everything autofinalize... :)

You will get a message when the vendor responds to the resolution request, just going into resolution extends by 5 days anyway. You will get warning messages when resolution is about to expire , if the vendor does not agree to what you request the support will make a decision for you based upon your claim, stats etc.

I ship to Australia nearly every weekday and I require FE.  The one big difference is I don't walk away with the money.  Too bad this happened.  I will never understand how people trade out a reputation for a few dollars.  It is just amazingly short-sighted.

I think you are going to find the number of aussies willing to FE drop significantly this week mate, may be time to rethink that policy and use the escrow system.

I like it  ;)

I just had a transfer into my SR account take about 12 hours by the way so delays are still happening for anyone wanting to moves some coins around.

I've held off moving any coins in or out of my SR account since last week when all the dramas started unfolding with accounting errors, withdrawal and deposit issues etc.

I decided to try and move some in today and guess what... I'm now waiting too.

Seems like there are delays still, if you were still waiting today then you did the right thing to contact support, they will be able to push the coins through but you might wait a bit longer for a response.

They are totally trying it on and given the scenario you have described and have zero credibility to back up any legitimate complaint.

It's tough as a new vendor as one bad review can really sting but you can't allow yourself to be blackmailed by people like that.

Day 25 to Aussie...still waiting  :(

Not again mate...  :-\

Dear cocaine fans, i have a huge dilemma...I was going to order 20+ grams from thestore but have since seen BudWorx UK's gear and almost fainted.  so whats the problem?  Well if i order from budworx it will have to come to the USA from UK which might take a while, but also i'd only be able to afford about 10 grams from him, which is roughly half the amount from thestore.  is budworx's gear that much better for this to be worth it?  My head hurts.

If I lived in the US there is no way I'd be looking at o/s vendors for coke, not with so many vendors selling awesome gear right on my doorstep with no customs to worry about.

Just saying...

Rumor mill / Re: Boyd Crowder - Aussie weed/hash vendor.
« on: February 26, 2013, 10:26 am »
Well after all the drama on the forums over this past week it is really nice to have something positive to write having finally gotten around to trying some of Boyd Crowder’s squidgy hashish… hmmm very nice  ;D

Have been sat on my gram for nearly a week, having not smoked hash for as long as I can remember I wanted to wait for the right opportunity to kick back and roll a nice little two skin joint in the only way I can skin up, the way I was taught many moons ago back in the mother country.

Started off doing the old heat and crumble but after reading another review on here decided to roll some of the squidgy hash into a thin sausage and skinned up around it. Can’t even remember the last time I had some proper quality hash, it mostly used to be some dodgy soap bar with bits of plastic in it back in the UK, about as far away as you can get from this stuff.

The memories came flooding back as soon as I lit up as the very smooth and aromatic flavors hit the back of my throat, was transported back to times sitting with friends, playing far too much Super Mario cart and eating my own body weight in munchy food.

One spliff has retired me to the couch, very nice high, relaxing but not heady like I can find off weed, feel kind of alert too which was unexpected but at the same time very chilled.

I’m no weed smoker these days but this is a nicer high than any smoke I’ve had in years, if he hasn’t already sold out I would highly recommend getting your hands on some whilst you can, I’m pretty baked right now.

Think I'll roll another...

I can't help you re the picture upload question I am afraid, anyone else feel free to chime in.

Re the posts you need to have made 50 before being able to post in the main forums now.

Neon was a great vendor and same as you I just hope whatever precipitated his quick exit he has manged to do it cleanly.

I'm trying to understand your issue mate, are you trying to withdraw from your SR account to a wallet or the other way around??

Unfortunately mate once you FE you are on your own, irrespective of the circumstances. You will just have to try and persuade the vendor to do the right thing, hope you work things out mate.
