Ok, so its been about 55HRS since i made a withdraw and nothing, as you would guess this makes me a bit worried. I have messaged support witch for me is "Vendor Support" about 24HRS ago, only to wake up and check my messages sent box to see that the name of support has been changed to Dread Pirate Roberts, any vendor can verify this with just looking back at your inbox and checking the global messages we have received recently. Im now at 3 red flags here boys, whats going on?!

There are delays with withdrawals again clearly judging by how this board is plastered with posts for the same issue. All I can do is advise you the same as everyone else, SR support are the only ones who can help you and seeing as you have already contacted them then I would suggest you sit tight a little longer. I know how frustrating it is when this happens but the more messages SR support gets slammed with the longer it is going to take them to get back to you so sending multiple messages will not speed up your response.

I hope you get an answer soon!

SR support are the only ones who can help you, they also get slowed down when people send them multiple messages asking the same questions over and over.

My advice would be to CHILL out, go and have a cup of tea, do something non SR related and come back in a few hours and see if you have had a response.

Hi we have started using MBB as of yesterday this is how we did it
We only sell 2g & 5g cannabis

1. Put the cannabis in ziplock bag wipe it down with alcohol wipes
2. into the MBB heat seal & wipe down with alcohol wipes again
3 wrap the MBB in bubble wrap & into padded envelope

We do have a vacuum sealer but it really compacts the cannabis

Any tips would be great

Contact SR support, sometimes withdrawals take longer than normal but if its been longer than 12 hours you should contact support.

As the post above states, if you FE you go it alone and assume all the risk, SR cannot and will not be able to assist you in anyway whatsoever.


The only thing you can do it try and work things out with the vendor, send them a copy of your transaction details relating to the order showing that you finalized etc. If they still do not want to play ball there is little you can do beyond drop your feedback and post a warning on the forums etc.

Very rare in AU, almost unheard of for small quantities as far as I know.

Having an order cancelled does not affect your stats. If the vendor has now shipped I guess you will just have to wait and see, it is not unusual for a vendor to not want to give out tracking info unless you specifically ordered with tracking, they usually only give this out if there is a problem or as I said if you specially requested your order tracked.

Wow man, I hate to think how awful your life has been.  I hope things get better and just remember, if you don't like your life you have the power to change the way you live.  Good luck.

My life is just peachy thank you, my frustration stems from as scout pointed out responding to posts made by individuals who make zero effort to educate themselves and/or read any of the information posted all over this forum such as the FAQ at the top of this board.

My concern is genuine, I hate to see people scammed which is why I have gone to great lengths to inform forums users by creating threads and asking DPR for permission to sticky them, something that doesn't happen often. My only wish is then for people to take the time to read the information that is there to help them posted in plain sight to avoid costly mistakes such as logging onto fishing sites.

I give up anywhere between 5 to 10 hours a day on here trying to help as many people as I can, if you feel hard done by my strong comments I should point out that my intention is to make you and others take some notice because I am frustrated and saddened to see so many people ripped off.

I invite you not to take offense but take notice and learn a lesson in staying safe and avoiding scams, if you want to neg karma me for that go for it, I think that says more about you than me in this instance.
