The $500 is there to discourage scammers from opening vendor accounts. It's not a perfect system but its a hell of a lot better than having no bond at all.

Customer support / Re: vendor refuses refund
« on: April 07, 2013, 08:45 pm »
i placed an order almost 3 weeks ago with indubitably. it was marked in transit, followed by a message asking me  to finalize. I refused, and requested cancellation. i recieved a message that said "done." when i asked about the time frame on a refund for the canceled order i am told that whoever told me to FE was not authorized to do that and my order had been processed.  i figured i'd give him the benefit of the doubt, but received nothing.  as transaction was about to auto finalize the vendor told me he thought i was a scammer, but he would "reship" if i would just release funds or refund 50% of my original purchase price.  there were no terms when the order was placed, so i can't be held to what wasn't there. i just want the coin back, i know i don't have a huge number of transactions, but that doesn't mean i deserve less protection, i though that was what the escrow system was for.

You should have taken it straight to resolution when the vendor started to mess you about with claiming sent/not sent/asking for FE etc. The vendor should have just cancelled your order like discussed and agreed, anything else is the vendors issue not yours.

Escrow can only help you if you are in it, once you finalize SR support cannot and will not be able to help you. I am unclear on whether you have released any of the funds now or not? if you have not take it to resolution immediately and explain in detail to SR support what happened etc and that you want all of your coins back.

Post and update here when you know more.

How long does a post stay unlocked? If I get it on within time I  will post here. I already have a SR account but it's not a vendor account. It's "rushdeliv"
I'll let you know when it's upgraded.

I'll leave it unlocked.

Sounds like you got scammed mate, sorry to say  :(

Report the vendor and post on the forums to alert others to the situation, as you probably already know though SR support cannot help you in these situations as you are out of escrow.

I've seen a few people get ripped this week over BTC orders with MP, I'd really suggest looking into other options for btc purchase as MP scams are rife.

All good yakuza, you just need to have a vendor account to sell via here and that includes giving out free samples as it gives the buyer some protection otherwise they could be sending their details to anyone who decides to register a forum account.

Hope you get your vendor account set up soon  :)

does anyone bother getting weed from o/s like quarts and halfs? just interested if its done properly if its worth the risk. if your rather keep it out of public eye drop me a pm, dont need to know vendors or anything.

Don't bother mate.

There should be a glut of weed available right here anyway, it grows fucking everywhere.

Importing weed would be problematic at best.

Anyone received budworx coke in the past month able to comment about product the product smell?

What smell?  I didn't really smell anything.  It seemed a little strange at the time...

Yeah thats my point, just curious as to reason for having no smell thats all
Product seems to tick all the other boxes though!

Fucking tango and your first world problems  :P

pure coke doesn't smell of much as it goes, all the other stuff they use to process it and cut it is generally what stinks. I'm not saying buds coke is pure by the way, just making comment.

Was the baggie of an acceptable size tango? I hope the envelope was the right colour too  ;D

and before anyone else jumps in tango knows I'm just sledging him.

I have just deleted the forum account in the name of 'none' as they just posted another list of buyers details in this thread. I am sure this will only slow them up as long as it takes to register a new account though so please if you see this miscreant show up under another account name posting identifiable information please hit the report to moderator button immediately. We shall see who gets bored first, I can keep erasing this idiot all day long.

+1 OP
I'll take the pledge.  Is mylar the stuff to use?  Sorry I'm slammed with an overflowing caseload and wish I had the time to read the whole thread.  I figure it's better to change sooner rather than later.  If anyone wants to PM me where to get the shipping materials I will gladly change my shipping protocol.
Keep up the great work!

Basically you want the lowest MVTR possible, MBB's offer that but you can get different grades off MBB so best you do some research and decide what works best for you.

Customer support / Re: Are vendors made aware of canceled orders?
« on: April 07, 2013, 01:45 am »
I don't think so, I know all buyer details are deleted when an order is cancelled, probably a good idea for a vendor to answer this one.
