Is there anything you can do to stop 0 post members from sending PMs?  SR pepinamil and his minions are relentless and must really think I want to buy bulk cocaine since I get at least one message per day from them.  Problem is it is a different user each time.

Send me the account names they are using and I will delete them. It only slows them down a bit but all the same its an irritation for them.

That's a good question - I know that when vendors are banned, they can no longer move any BTC around from their wallet ... but I'm not sure if they can, for instance, still access their messages.

Here is the answer - Yes, they can. I've been watching this whole EJDirect thing from the start, I placed an order a week ago which is still in escrow. Then after his account had been suspended, he messaged me saying (basically) "Tracking says the package has gone missing, take the order to resolution for a refund".


Probably trying to create the impression your order was send to reduce your refund when in fact it was probably never sent and therefore you should get 100% back with no damage to your stats.

Japan does have pretty strict customs from what I can tell, as for whether you are completely fucked or not you will not really know until you check really, fucking hope it works out ok mate!

Sent a PM to AussieMitch a few days ago. Haven't heard back from him since the crash and normally he replies pretty damn fast.

I hope he pulled out as it was crashing and if not I really hope hes doing alright.

That would not be easy to deal with.

I'm sure he will be fine mate, he bought in when they were only $12 and I'm sure they will recover in value over the coming weeks, maybe not to the giddy heights of $200+ a BTC but I'm sure they will be worth a lot more than 12 bucks. Nice to have concerned members looking out for each other though.

When you finalize you release payment to the vendor and SR support is no longer able to grant you a refund should your order not arrive. All you can do now is try and get the vendor to work out a resolution, if that doesn't happen you can change your feedback and post in the forums to warn others re your experience. Never finalize an order until you are happy with the transaction, that is why we have escrow. I hope your next experience is a better one!

No sign of their vendor page would suggest they have been banned. Hopefully you have not finalized your order so you can get your coins back via resolution.

Any number of things could be going on, the vendor could have given you the wrong tracking number for your order or sent your order to the wrong address. The only person who can answer is the vendor really so hopefully they will get back to you soon. If they don't and you do not receive your order take it to resolution and try to work things out there.

Did you stay in escrow?  If so, you should be able to hit the "resolve" link to request your refund.

I still am in escrow and I have 6 days left till resolve becomes a button I can click on...  I don't want to wait 6 days with my money in his wallet a lot can happen in that length of time...

The coins are not in the vendors wallet, they are in escrow.

If you want to speed things up you can try contacting SR support on the main site.
