To bring vendors to the attention of the admins on the market site buyers can click on the 'report vendor' option and I would encourage everyone to leave fair and accurate feedback for the transactions that they conduct. The admins can then conduct an investigation and take the appropriate action where necessary and if everyone uses the feedback system correctly any issues with a vendors product should become apparent pretty quickly.

To answer your other question yes it is sometimes possible for the admins to link multiple vendor accounts including previous banned accounts.

I'm not sure what the issue is but this has happened before after maintenance has been carried out. Some people seem to be able to log in after a period of time, anyone who is experiencing a persistent issue and cannot log in at all should follow the procedure for having the pass phrase reset.

I keep getting login failed!

Anybody else have this problem?

I'm not aware of any issues affecting others, you should contact SR admin support via the market site and request a pass phrase reset. I will pass on your issue to an admin now just in case someone else has taken control of the account.

Shipping / Re: *** MAJOR OPERATION IN SWEDEN ** ?
« on: June 16, 2013, 02:54 am »
Maybe this is because Swedish customs installed one of these electronic odor sniffers that could detect the slightest bit of any controlled substance ?

I'm certain these are used extensively in Australia.
As long as your vendor seals the product in mylar foil for the final layer (not food grade vac seal!!!) and ensures that it has been washed on every layer, and that it is flat enough/addressed properly to pass auto sorting, it will make it through fine.

There's not much that can be done about x rays but due to mail volume there's no way they can hit a significant percentage of regular mail with them.

Particle sniffers are used in Australia but as sixes rights points out they can easily be defeated with the right packaging methods.

Regarding the most recent joint AFP and customs operation in Australia they are x-raying entire pallets of letter mail looking for organic matter which would explain the massive disruption to the mail service. What an utter waste of time and tax payers money, it is disgraceful they can cause so much disruption for the tiny fraction of drugs that comes via the mail.

Just about managed to scrape myself off the ceiling after last nights epic roll, DigitalPunk thank you very much!  ;D

I think that was probably the best roll I've had off a cap in over a decade, the MDA certainly messed up my vision for the first hour then came good, excellent clarity whilst being utterly smashed at the same time that lasted all night, dropped at around 5:30pm and was still blasted at 3am, doesn't get any better than that.

Time for a cold beer and some yum cha now to ease me back into the day  8)

You would seem to be not alone in experiencing issues with this vendor, when a vendor is unresponsive it is most certainly taken into consideration by the admins who review resolution process if the two parties have been unable to come to an agreement. In this case it would seem that this vendor will probably be demoted anyway in which case you can probably expect a full refund with no damage to your stats.

At least you are in escrow and have the support of the resolution admins, if the vendor is proven to be scamming you can expect a refund with no damage to your stats.

« on: June 16, 2013, 12:16 am »
Unconfirmed orders (i.e. not marked as 'in transit) can be cancelled by the buyer after 4 days, before then only the vendor can cancel the order.

What is everyone's thoughts on this ?

https://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion.to/silkroad/item/b0e758a6da

Giving out the names and addresses of scum bag buyers ? .. i think they deserve whatever they can get (and names and addresses  released is about all they can get ) even tho they would most likely be fake names ..

I think it's a pretty good tactic to deter people that mite be thinking about playing a vendor .. but actually giving out peoples details , i dunno if i could do it .

I have reported it, that is beyond fucked I'm afraid, who gets to call someone anything on here, have you ever been called a scammer when your order didn't show?
