Shipping / Re: What would happen if you refused to sign on a CD?
« on: July 17, 2013, 09:06 am »
If you had a CD and didn't sign who knows what might happen, they may go away and come back later or they may just come in with the search warrant they already had in preparation for you taking delivery of the order. And you should always assume your computer will be seized and searched and take the appropriate precautions so that it will stand up to a forensic examination.

Make sure you set up both inner and outer volumes for your trucrypt and have something innocuous saved in the outer so you can give up a password if pressed to avoid this kind of bullshit.

Customer support / Re: Potential scammer

Have just passed MrAnonymousX up for an audit, the (85) rating is a bit telling.

I am glad to hear that.
Is there anyway to get our money back after FEing or am I just shit out of luck?

Also I have a question regarding custom orders. Feedback for custom orders dont seem to affect the ratings or show up on the vendors page. I gave him a 1/5 yet it doesnt show up nor did it affect his ratings.

MrAnonymousX has now been demoted by an admin after I passed them up earlier so thank you for bringing them to my attention.

Regarding the fact that FE then yes I am afraid to say SR support will be unable to assist you with getting a refund, once finalized the coins are released to the recipient and are irretrievable.

Silk Road discussion / Re: can vendors "buy" their own product?

Feedback padding/tampering will cost the vendor their seller account as it is against the rules.

Thank for the karma Mr. Fluffles Schrodinger, much appreciated.

I can tell you that your buyer stats will most definitely be factored into the decision making process though so given your tenure on the road, zero refund and auto finalize etc will be looked upon favorably.

I am fairly certain that a vendor can cancel an order that is in resolution, I would need to confirm that though.

With regards to the other aspects of your question it is not possible to comment with any degree of certainty on what an admin may or may not be able to do in regards to a resolution decision. It would all depend on the merits of your claim considered in the context of all the relevant supporting information from both parties.

Customer support / Re: pablospuro take advantage of the newbies
« on: July 16, 2013, 09:59 pm »
I placed an order from pablos pro over a month ago for 14 grams of cocaine. with this being my first order I was required to FE. I read his feedback and had no problemdoing so. I paid him and gave him the address of where i needed it to go which was canada. a week went by and nothing happened so I contacted him andhe told me that he didnt send it out of country so that was fine, I was back in the u.s. and gave him my U.S. address so he could send it there, but instead nof doing that or just giving me my money back he basically told me tough shit, he was not sending anything or refunding anything.I have been sending him message after message and he just ignores me. You see, he knows that since I am a newbie and he is a known seller that he dont have to send me shit and nobody will do anything about it. I even wrote SR admin. and I guess they are scared to do anything to him cause they won't even answer me. Yoiu would think newbies would have somekind of protection against these big vendors who know they can screw you over without even being questioned about it. as easy as it is for them you would think that SR was getting a kickback from the vendors to look the otherway. be careful newbies these people will get you every chance they get

Finalizing early on half an ounce of coke using a new buyer account probably wasn't the way to go but you have already come to that conclusion yourself no doubt. If you have submitted a customer support ticket via the market site an admin would have responded to you, although I suspect it would have basically been something along the lines of "if you FE we cannot help you I'm afraid".

The protection you referred to is already built into the SR system in the form of escrow. It can be a bit more difficult to find a vendor who will offer you escrow over FE as a new buyer, I would however advise you to start smaller though as not many would be too keen on selling half oz to a newbie account with no stats.

With regards to the comms you exchanged with the vendor, if they are what you say they are then you should request that an admin reviews them irrespective of whether they can assist to recover your coins or not because what you describe in that they allegedly did not ship should be brought to their attention. The admins can review all the messages you exchanged on SR so it would be easy for them to verify or discount your claims.

You will need to checks your system for keyloggers, dataloggers and rootkits, the only way you will get rid of a key logger however is to format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system I'm afraid. Just make sure you back up everything you need suck as your bitcoin wallet if you have it saved on your HD before formatting, last time I game someone this advice they formatted their HD along with their btc wallet with obvious consequences.

Seems unusual but it is not unheard of, hopefully you will just be able to cancel yourself in a few hours time though when the 4 days rolls around.

The SR forums can sure be a hectic place. Every day I read pages that are a trip!

NorthernStar and UV you are BOTH confirmed alt accounts of scammer account RXKing. Require proof? Check the post history.

So going by the same logic you are using then the account 'ScammerHoundDog' is clearly an alt too as you are obviously no newbie to the forums, what are your other forum handles current or deceased? stand behind your other account and you may have some credibility, if not you are just another shill.

Who am I? I am the ghost of every user scammed out of their hard working money. I am the justice this place deserves.  Heed my warning mods. Your days of working with scammers is over. I know you have been taking money under the table to turn a blind eye.

Hahahahaha awesome you just confirmed my suspicious on who you are. Quick question for you, how long till you meltdown this time? a week? two maybe?

I'm getting pm's flooding into my inbox telling me who they think you are and they are all saying the same person, it's quite funny really that you still bother to keep coming back over and over, seriously get some help, or something, I don't know what but you clearly need something.

You do at least make for entertainment even if it is like shooting fish in a barrel  ;D

That does not make much sense. Who else is in japan?

I am in japan. Hong kong cho chung. See, that makes it true?

I'm not who you think I am. I am aware of who you think I am.

See how easy it has become to copy a certain user's syntax? very!
Its actually very easy mate....

Attacking Rxking, then attacking the users in the meth thread was my first manipulation move. Doing so would convince everyone I was who's always blamed for making shit posts in the meth thread. Thats his classic MO, and you were foaming at the mouth to point that finger.

You mods need to read between the lines. You are too easy to control and lead along. Consider this a test.

You just failed that test.

Oh no, do I get a red cross on my exam paper?  :(

The really sad thing is some people take the time to manipulate the forums at all, for fun, to prove a point, to try and discredit people for their own gratification, it's a long list.

I'm a bit shilled out of late, run to the hills and save yourself!
