Customer support / Re: error when trying to buy.
« on: July 27, 2013, 06:54 pm »
Please try this..

Please restart Tor. If that doesn't fix the issue, please ensure that you're selecting a shipping option for the item you're attempting to order and clicking the 'Go' or 'Update cart' button, ensure that you're entering the correct PIN and also that you have enough BTC in your account to cover the cost of the order (inclusive of shipping).

If that doesn't resolve the issue please ensure that you're using the latest update to the Tor Browser Bundle, and that you have installed it to a fresh folder (i.e. not over the existing installation.)

Locked as resolved.

Customer support / Re: Seller was able to cancel resolution???

Let me be clear, I am not taking anyone's side, I simply asked if you had omitted anything from your version of events.

To answer your question, a vendor can cancel an order at anytime including when it is in resolution. Under normal circumstances this would be the most preferable outcome for a buyer because they get fully refunded without any damage to their stats. In this situation though clearly that did not result in the outcome you were seeking.

If what you are saying is true it can easily be verified because all messages can be reviewed by administrators. I will pass this up for further investigation and I would ask you to report it via the market site and submit a customer support tickets detailing what you have explained here.

henkiepiet

I have been advised to pass on the following instructions to try to resolve the issue...

Can you please let me know if this resolves the issue.

@samesamebutdifferent,
thank you for your post. i have been having the same problem and have been freaking out. unfortunately for the past 24 hours i have been trying to purchase using my PIN and i have been trying to reset my PIN, all to no avail. i worry that this has either changed my PIN or locked me out (although it has not brought me to the lockout page). i fear that when i log back in i will either not be able to guess the PIN (if all the reset attempts went through) or I will be locked out. do you or the admins know any more about this issue? were all purchase and PIN change attempts in the past 24 hours going through, or do I have nothing to worry about? thanks,
-soberman

I haven't had an update nor has DPR posted re this issue so I know about as much as you do right now I'm afraid. You would do better to contact SR support via the market site and ask them to look at it for you, I would also recommend you stop trying to reset your PIN etc until you know what the issue is, as you know there is a 72 hour wait period anyway, repeatedly trying to reset it isn't going to resolve the issue.

Is that a full description of what happened? the reason I ask is because I am privy to WalMart's version of events and theirs reads somewhat differently and includes some more information not mentioned in your post.

As with most situations like this there are always going to be different perspectives, I'm not looking to get in the middle of this either, I was just wondering if you had omitted anything in your version?

Trying to sell here without a vendors account will result in you being banned and your account deleted.

any trusted international speed sellers that more often than not make it through customs???? i tryed FRANK MATTHEWS ON FIRST TRANSACTION going on end of day 3 still processing
Lol that won't be arriving. I don't even think he sends orders. At least not to Aussies.
If you want a speed vendor, PM me.

If you can make it to day 4 without it being confirmed I'd be cancelling that quick smart. Whatever you do don't pm him asking to cancel, that'll just put it on his radar and he will mark it as in transit.

Customer support / Re: is there a way to change username or SR ?
« on: July 27, 2013, 07:26 am »
any way to delete the acc ?

Message SR support and ask them to delete it for you.

1135
Irrespective of what the issue is you cannot get assistance via the forums, you will need to submit a customer support ticket via the market site. Create a new temp account and message support along with the BTC wallet address you used to fund the account you cannot log into, that will enable them to verify you as the rightful owner of that account and reset your pass phrase.

Should you require further instructions re this please refer to the sticky at the top of this board.

Vendors are free to chose who they do business with and for whatever reason in this instance that vendor has decided they would prefer not to work with you I'm afraid so there is not much anyone can do to change that.

This morning sucks.

You know the feeling of missing someone so much that it just fucking hurts and crushes your entire existence?

Ah... the one that got away. I don't think I'll ever fully recover from this one.

Fuck, I wish I could sleep but I know taking valium isn't going to help me long term.

Rough times guys, rough times.

It's a challenging time when emotions like this pop up and overwhelm oneself.  The mind can go haywire.

Take strength in the knowledge that these feelings will subdide and enough time will pass that this will all be history.

In the meantime pop an e and walk along the beach in a tweed jacket.

Thanks for the advise.
I know how these things work but they never really seem to get easier. Just slightly less frequent.

I've had a very difficult 5 years, especially the past 2, which I can't really talk about just for my own anonymity. But this specific girl got me out of a dark place that I probably would never have left, she essentially saved my life. I wish I could explain more, it's such a hard situation to be in. I guess you can say I'm one of those guys who's very in touch with his emotions. (I can control them most of the time) but fuck I wish I had the ability to ignore them. That's why I love benzos, lol.

The beech, tweed jacket an E idea sounds fun. Except no beaches around here, I don't own a tweed jacket and I'm trying really hard to not substitute my emotions with drugs. Fuck mate, I'm really struggling not to knock back 50mg of Valium.

Been there mate, I think everyone goes through at least one devastating break up during there lives, the only certainty you can be sure of is no matter how bad it seems right now it will get easier with time and hopefully you will look back and see the positive aspects of how having had the opportunity to journey with that person has enriched your life. Anesthetizing yourself with any substances will only prolong the pain and distort your perceptions, best to allow yourself to grieve the loss and process what comes up with clarity whilst seeking the support of those who care about you mate, I'd abstain from all drugs for a while if I were you.

Too often in today's society there is an almost taboo about feeling and expressing extremes of emotion, just look at how many people are prescribed anti depressant medication by their doctors when they are feeling sadness, the only way to move through it is to feel it and process it, numbing it just buries it for a while only to resurface later.

Go and seek out your friends and family mate, best medicine there is.
