it was posted monday, tracking said delivered tuesday morning.
Still not there today. If it is not there tomorrow I guess its gone :(

Follow it up! Its domestic with tracking, it shouldnt just go missing.

If theirs a problem with the address it should just go back to the return address

If there was a problem with the address they wouldn't have marked it as delivered surely? it hasn't appeared and my efforts at contacting them by phone didn't yield any results either so I'll have to bite the bullet and try the early morning hatch tomorrow, not strolling inside getting my Chevy chase all over the CCTV that's for sure.

Everyone can stop hitting the report to moderator button now, the mods and admin team are well aware of what/who we are dealing with here.

I am referring to forum members trying to draw a certain vendor to the attention of the admin team by hitting the report to moderator button in reference to various posts in this thread because they have figured out who it is and I am saying there is no need to do that because we already know as discussed in several other threads already.

If this is true, which it is, I wish you guys would do something about it. You know where I stand on this and I am very disappointed that no action has been taken. You are putting people's freedom at risk by choosing to "give him a chance".

I understand your disappointment, just to clarify my comments with regards to "giving him a chance" all I did was give him enough rope to hang himself, he doesn't need any assistance from others to fuck up, he just does. I appreciate your concerns and I have been more vocal and active than many others when it comes to trying to limit the damage he causes on here, it even got me publicly chastised by DPR on the forums remember, not a good look.

I really want to know why he is being given a second chance... lifetime ban should mean lifetime ban. You are endangering people's freedom by allowing him to continue vending. Get this scum off the road and start banning him when I first tell you and maybe he'll actually leave. You guys keep letting him make his sales, get his vendor bond back, and then pull the same shit over and over. Getting sick of it.

You of all people should know SR admins can't just ban someone without verifiable proof. Just because we all know who he is unless he breaks a rule the admins cannot demote this account. I take it you remember the shit storm he created after his InfiniteSource account was banned? No one wants to see a repeat of that so unless there is an infraction of the sellers guide they won't step in.

I wouldn't worry too much anyway, he appears to have hit the self destruct button just like every other time, he is incapable of just vending and getting on with business as evidenced by the fact that he is currently attacking a number of his fellow vendors with an army of shills, they are not hard to spot, just look at any of the current threads with HH trying to disrupt and damage other vendors, every other poster is on around 50 to 60 posts, they race through the newbie board spamming to 50 and come right out of the traps flaming some vendor or spreading FUD.

He lives to create drama and given the transient nature of the forums there is always of fresh bunch of naive individuals who get sucked in and fan the flames so more, just look at the reaction your thread got when you posted to alert the forums to his latest account, most of the people who posted in that thread took a swipe at you instead.

Now the word is out people with any sense will avoid him like the plague, I give it two weeks before this account joins the previous 4 and the ironic thing is he only has himself to blame, he brought all of this on himself but just being who he is because if he just vended without the needless drama we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Still waiting for my message to support to be read, 1:30h after I sent it.. I wish to fucking god I would have stayed up and done it last night, now I fear that maybe it is unmanned or whatever the fuck is going on. How many hours it was since my thing was confirmed on blockchain, I dont even keep track anymore.. its probably around 60 hours. Are you seriously complaining about not having heard back from SR support after 90 minutes? average wait time is 12 hours, when there are issues affecting a lot of people like now you could be waiting 24 hours.

SR doesn't have a large customer support department employing dozens of people, by its very nature SR needs to employ as few people as possible for obviously reasons.

Whatever you do when it comes to buying btc from vendors please do it carefully especially with options like Money pak for btc, it's one of the biggest scams on SR, drain all the funds off the pak and send you fuck all.

Localbitcoins seems to be about one the most preferred options, whoever you end up looking at make sure you research the shit out of them first on the forums, not just go by the vendors rating, things can change fast on here so you need to see the most recent feedback.

Yep has happened a few times. Have had one say delivered, then actually had the guy come and say it's not here in my van...but got it the next day.

What does the discussion section have to say on their vendor page?

Seems unusual that an order would be cancelled after being confirmed without any explanation so look to see if you are alone or if others have had something similar happen.

At the end of the day you got a refund, granted an explanation would be nice but sometimes these things happen and you are left wondering.

You can bank the feedback in your order section so there is no rush to leave it, go and see what you can find out first and the report back here.

I hope this is true, I am in this same boat. over 16 hours now no coins, blockchain says it was confirmed.

This happens from time to time, most recently before this was just a few weeks ago and every time it happens everyone freaks out for 24 hours then it gets sorted and we all go back to normal until the the next time.

Just please try to be patient and relax, no one has ever lost their coins indefinitely, it always gets resolved. If you don't believe me just look back through the old threads on this board, you will see precisely what I am talking about.

Please refer to the FAQ sticky thread at the top of this board for instructions on how to contact SR support.

Here are step by step instructions as well:

Log into your market site SR account, in the bottom right-hand corner you will see where is says "Support", click on that and it will take you to a page with some advice and further instructions. On that page underneath all the text you will see it will says "Contact customer support".

Click there and you will be taken through to where you will be able to submit a customer support ticket.

I appreciate that you are anxious about your coins but there is no need to create another thread on the same issue, if you feel the need to post about the delay please use the already existing thread to save cluttering up the customer support board.

Re what to do please refer to the FAQ sticky at the top of this board for instructions on how to contact SR support via the market site. You cannot get assistance for btc deposits/withdrawals via the forums.

DPR informs me that this issue should now be fixed.

Hopefully delayed deposits will catch up soon and start to show in everyones accounts.
