No matter what I do I get that same screen. I've even tried tor over my phone, and 2 diff laptops. Still nothing.

I even updated tor again to make sure it was latest edition. I actually had to clean my pc, re install tor, and it worked now fine. Great work DPR !!!!!! We love ya

That doesn't seem to be enough, not if you were previously logged in and are pushing a login cookie in your request. That seems to trip it every time.

Anyone still having problems, try using the "New Identity" button *in the browser* (under the onion icon of the torbutton extension), NOT the "New Identity" in Vidalia. Gotta do it in the browser for it to purge all your existing session info.
