It makes sense in this context because if you actually look at the background image, its the same seizure one posted on the old road. The "Has risen" is just overlayed. If the background image would be the only thing that loads, people would shit themselves.

YOULUbe - thank you for your input. The document.pageload function is in javascript which as well all know anyone who is careful and knows anything about coding will have disabled. Second of all there is no document.pageload on the site, there is no javascript anywhere in our code.
