Silk Road discussion / Re: any arrests?
« on: January 31, 2012, 03:22 am »
So I did a few searches looking for any information regarding arrests that were directly linked to SR - either buyers or sellers - and I couldn't really find any (except arrests from regular internet forums - not .onions or private). So, has anyone ever heard of people getting arrested that were directly linked to SR?? obviously, any information would be greatly appreciated; and I'm sure I'm not the only one that happens to be curious about this....
The only arrest I know of is Ene from OVDB. He was a major US supplier of MDMA, LSD, Ketamine, and about 10 other things.
If I remember correctly, he was very lax on his shipping and that's how he got caught.

My theory is just that, a theory. I think he was caught because of 2 things. 1. he was flagged for bringing in tons of chemicals from outside the country 2. he was snitched on. He did have over 120k on him, yet he had to get a public defender. (that was from the news article about his arrest). A guy with his volume needs to have a good chunk of money put a way in a safe place for a kick ass attorney/bond. If they found that amount in his possession, you would have to think that he has done millions in business. so one would have to conclude that he was a bad business man, etc. He use only one post office (apparently). He did many many things wrong.

Product offers / Re: Oxycontin 40 mg
« on: January 30, 2012, 10:34 pm »
Yes, the rules state that you must be already be a vendor to post product offers here in the forum. Get your vendors account then you can post your items but all transactions must be done in the market.

Thanks...But to answer your question, im sure you wont have a problem unloading  your stuff. (as long as its a good price) Im sure your next question would be "what is a good price" well, go check out the market, that will give you a good idea...

Also, Don't forget the wiki. the url is the same as this forum, but at the end put /wiki I think it has most info that you are looking for. it works like google, type in the search terms that you are interested in and it will bring up the most relevant pages.

Rumor mill / Re: Reviews: heisenburg
« on: January 30, 2012, 09:43 am »
Its been years since ive tried H and when i did it was shitty tar. My question is a noobish one but if i want to stay away from needles is sticking with a powdered h  better than buying some great Heisenburgs tar? it will be snorted. or can i snort tar without having to break it down or whatever.

Again sorry for the noob question, but would like to make the best decision....so, the question is, is my best bet sticking with either tonys or wooms powder for snorting or can i buy H's H?

Just for shits and giggles, I asked one of the above apple vendors if they would work in escrow, if not, i wouldnt  be interested. Havent received a response, its been 4 days. I guarantee if i said, "can I buy now?" they would be all over me.

I had to laugh at the first one, he has feedback that is OBVIOUSLY faked!.. the same bad English was used on every response, had to laugh at that one...

usually, big time lawyers are well known to all the local judges. The judges know that the good attorney will use every law to their advantage. the judge wants it off his desk as fast as possible (usually). So, when he sees a high powered attorney, deals go a lot smoother.

I had a close relative that got popped shoplifting and couldnt afford a lawyer and had to have a public defender (btw, dont ever use them, beg or borrow the money for an attorney) the public defender spent a total of 5 minutes reviewing the case and the judges know this. He said, "oh you will probably get probation and a fine" she did 3 months in county with the biggest fine he could throw at her and she served every day of that 3 months. He didn't allow for good time or work release.

dont just pick a lawyer out of the phone book either. Do some research. A good attorney is worth every penny.

Off topic / Re: If you have drugs to sell, I'll list them for you.
« on: January 30, 2012, 03:01 am »
Im not speaking for SR, but I don't see why there would be a problem. You, the vendor, has a lot to lose, what if the product is bunk, or the buyer doesnt receive it. its your ass on the  line. Not who you are selling for. I'd only do it for people I know or trusted..

Shipping / Re: Preventing Fingerprints - Comfortable Gloves?
« on: January 30, 2012, 02:32 am »
I read  a study done by LE with the use of gloves that crime scene investigators use. they wanted to see if they would contaminate a crime scene. From what i can remember about this study is that after an hour or two of work, the sweat made it so the fingerprints of the investigators contaminated the crime scene. something to do with the moisture. They advised to use wear 2 sets of gloves. OR used a cotton glove with a laytex glove over that. Personally, using 2 sets of laytex gloves should do the trick.

Like someone said, bum a wifi signal and a untraceable visa gift card. now, i have that wifi signal, I just need to go get a visa gift card, i believe they are called vanilla? But, yes, they are very professional looking, dont need stamps and Id bet dollars to doughnuts that said packages would be easier to get thru customs, etc...

Shipping / Re: Checking tracking numbers through Tor..
« on: January 30, 2012, 02:18 am »
My intention was not to start a debate. I think its VERY good practice not to use Tor when checking a DCN. I just wanted to see if anyone could verify that packages are"Flagged" if you use Tor. I agree. dont chance it and never use Tor when searching. I just want to know if its true or not, thats all...I didn't mean that we are ok by using TOR, we all should be as safe as possible and even if there is the slightest chance of raising a red flag with the USPS it should only be used with clearnet. I  hope I made myself clear...
