All still shipping as normal but looking forward with the "summer" approaching and the balance of real life and SR we are going to continue operating in limited larger quantities. It has been very nice having a less stressed week and packages all ready making sure everyone can enjoy fast dispatch without driving me to an early grave. So we aren't leaving but we are admitting to a slight re-balancing for a bit to give us well needed break.

Thank you to everyone that has been a great and loyal friend and customer and helped to get us where we are now. After such a long and tiring 8 months that when I look back on I honestly just remember 6 days a week being on SR dispatching orders, updating listings, and responding to messages. It has been exhausting and great but this little break has made me realize how much I really need a bit of a step back for a little while.

NO CHANGES WITH ORDERS SAME OR NEXT DAY DISPATCH

but expect to see and hear less from me while I try and grow some other projects and relax a bit. None of this though will ever be done at the expense of what has always been the number one priority and that's orders and dispatching. This will continue always happening ASAP and I will grow quantity selection and EU shipping again slowly I'm sure.

Orders will still be processed and shipped likely same day but now and then the next day but should never be more than a working day after order was placed. Shipping will still happen 6 days a week. If Royal Mail are collecting and delivering post, then we will be shipping orders. We are just personally stepping back from general daily involvement, messaging, new deals and offers, products, updates, etc, We are going to let it tick along for a bit after a very long and stressful winter getting this all setup.

---WHY IS MR MERLIN MAGICAL??---
We are UK focused but will ship to EU most of which without wanting any FE but it's not my target or set my prices for it's the UK market. What I'm here to do is work my magic on the UK users by selling products others aren't selling, or are doing so badly by what I thought were simple by many vendors seem to lack:
- Best products
- Fast Dispatch, same day whenever possible rarely beyond 24 hours after order.
- Honest customer service, place an order and we will make every effort to make sure it arrives and if not then in resolution offer a deal so that we are both happy with the outcome. Of the hundreds of orders we have dispatch we have rarely had many needing to go to resolution center, but if there is a problem wit your order please DO NOT finalize and message me, please hit resolve. As there is no easy way to flag and keep up with messages on SR the best way to make sure your problem is dealt with is by taking any problematic orders to resolution center.This way the problem will not be missed and I can make sure we work something out to fix the problem. My biggest promise to every buyer is to be a good vendor by following these simple rules that as I've learned sadly MANY vendors on here don't following.

1) FAST DISPATCH - Almost always dispatched the same day as order at most 24 hours.

2) IN STOCK - Listings will only show items which I have in stock, never items that I am awaiting delivery of which will hold up your order.

3) MARK DISPATCHED - Only once I drop an item to the post will your item be marked as in transit, NEVER before it actually ships as I have had consistently happen.

4) ESCROW - I rarely ask for FE unless you want same day couriered delivery or have 0 transactions and want to buy more than the smallest quantity otherwise I fully support the escrow system. FE may be required on very large orders to accommodate for the fluctuating bitcoin.

5) NEWBIES - We all started as one and I hope to help you as I was. I don't require FE but I will not sell newbies anything more than the smallest quantity so please do not order more. If you want to order larger and have no transactions then I will still sell but I will require FE. The Escrow on SR is amazing and I hope to keep it going.

BUYER REQUIREMENTS

Now I am trying my hardest to be the best Vendor that I can all I ask is that you do these two things for me!

1) FINALIZE when it arrives. If you have a problem with what's been sent, message me, and we will work through it, but you need to finalize it so that we can get a quick resolution. I'm little fish here, and each one or two people delaying in finalizing can cause my next supply order to be delayed by days.

2) FEEDBACK leave leave me good feedback! I'm new here and I'm trying to build a reputation as good as I can, if you don't feel like writing an essay don't, but give me a 5/5 and the couple things that made the experience good is an added bonus, delivery speed, weight of bag, etc.

***SHIPPING INFO***
Like always I will try my absolute hardest to dispatch your order the day it comes in and try my hardest to get it out with that days post before the days cut off but there is no guarantee I can do this just get orders in as early as possible for the best chance of same day dispatch.

MON-FRI POSTAGE CUT OFF 3PM
- Your best chance of same day dispatch is to get order in before 3pm though most days we aim to dispatch all orders that come in until 5pm, after that odds are it won't ship until the next day

SATURDAY POSTAGE CUT OFF 9AM
Post stops at 12pm Saturday, it's nearly impossible to get large quantity's of orders out Saturday so if you miss the cut off on Friday and want it to ship before Monday get that order place early as possible as we will still ship on Saturday but can't guarantee your order will make it if you get it place late Saturday morning.

Will we be able to ship after the stated cut off?
We will absolutely try our hardest but our schedule means I can't guarantee that I will be able to get any orders out the same day if they are received after this. Even these are meant as rough guidelines as I can't promise all orders will be dispatched same day. Most of the time this always holds true, but it's why I say that same day or within 24 hours as I can't promise anything but just know that I will try my hardest to get your order at as fast as I can.

LONDON SAME DAY COURIER SERVICES
In London and want your product NOW? I've partnered with runners and setup a network of Bike Couriers so you can get your order the same day you pay for it and likely still less than what the UK Tina dealers will sell you a gram for but with shards of ice weighing over .2g this is stuff is great, and if your to impatient to wait for the mail you can enjoy it now! 3rd party bike courier will pickup from a runner within the hour for delivery in no time at all. Cheaper between normal 9 to 5 but have used this before as late as 12pm for £50 across London. Message first many options that can range between £40 to £70 depending on times, distance, etc

EU REFUNDS / RESHIPS
As my items are such small orders and only sent mainly within the UK I will not issue refunds for orders sent outside of the UK. If you order from the EU I have not had any problems with delivery including GBL into Finland but if you order from the EU and do not receive I am happy to attempt to send some extra if you want to risk ordering again, but I will not refund or reship for free. Postage costs to much and is open to scams.

UK REFUNDS / RESHIPS
Depending on your standing with me as a buyer and circumstances I may be happy to attempt to reship a smaller portion of your order and I am always happy to include extra if you want to order again from me to make up for these unfortunate circumstances but in the hundreds of orders sent and received not one has ever not been delivered so as a Vendor I am very incredulous about non domestic orders not arriving. I'm sure it might happen, and I will try my best to help, but my policy is not to refund or reship especially as no item that I sell is of high value and if you want me to trust you that your item never arrived, then trust me to order again and that I will include an extra amount to cover what was lost.

ORDER NOTES

If you have request, discount, or message related to an order make sure and put something in the address area of the order. I personally do not package and dispatch every order. Many times someone helping me is simply given a list of orders and address labels and if there are no special notes in the address then no one helping me will know to look at messages or treat the order any differently.

If we have discussed anything in messages etc make sure that in your address you put some note to see the message or what the requirement is otherwise I can't guarantee that it will be done.

If you feel the need please use Private Note for any messages/addressses I used to have a long discussion on here about why I like it over PGP but I will just leave it down to this. It's quick and easy, most people don't get or use PGP correctly, and private note has outside certification via it's EU certified privnote site. https://www.european-privacy-seal.eu/awarded-seals/certified-privnote If SR were to build in the function to set any field in SR as a sort of self destruct like it already does with the Vendors confirm order page, then I would never recommend an offsite/off for solution, but the security behind privnote is sound from a hacker side of things and what is stored there they can't read as it never get's transmitted in clear so you don't have to worry about an outside person having access to your encrypted messages, as they are just that, encrypted, so all that the private note people have access to is a lot of encrypted messages before they are visited and deleted.

Do I have PGP and will I send it, yes, but I honestly think for the type of info being exchanged here private note is a better solution and that's from a computer hacker.

I stock many items which do not have listings and I can't guarantee that I will always quickly be able to respond or see your message but if you do want anything other than what's listed there is a chance I already stock it.
