Shrooms are completely dried and then vacuum sealed. Any mushrooms purchased from me are as fresh as they come. Obviously, with any vacuum sealing of a dry, brittle material you can assume a limited amount of breakage from this. Every effort is made to position the dried mushrooms so that this breakage can be avoided.

Shroom orders will be processed in an expedient manner, and your order will be shipped no more than one business day(not Saturday but often Friday orders ship Saturday) from the time it was placed. All listings are on-hand and completely dry. NO WAITING!

This is currently only available in our fully custom option where we configure all usernames and accounts for you. PRICING
Prices are set in US dollars and we do not use the hedged escrow service to protect against currency fluctuations. SR normally charges a 4% fee for the use of hedged services but because we do not use this we save you the buyer %4.

PURCHASING
Orders are processed and messages are responded to daily from Monday - Friday (16:30-01:30 GMT sometimes later). Orders are generally not shipped on weekends, but we do ship orders PLACED Friday, on Saturday, and may work on your weekend order and intermittently respond to messages. If there is going to be a significant delay in processing your order we will most likely contact you. However no additional compensation will be provided for delayed deliveries unless we have specified otherwise.

Generally you will not be required to Finalize Early. To ensure that you will be able to continue use of the escrow system when purchasing with us please ensure that you release funds once you have received your order. If your order auto-finalizes, you may be added to our banned buyers list and your SR user name will be added to the SR Vendors’ Suspicious/Irresponsible Buyer List so as to protect other vendors from suffering from your tardiness. We work hard to ship orders in a timely manner and expect buyers to finalize promptly once they have received their order.

SHIPPING

Nearly all orders are shipped using USPS priority. This now includes tracking however we do not provide tracking numbers unless they are needed for the resolution center.

Standard Orders will ship out in most cases within the 4 day window allowed by SR. In all cases once the package has been shipped and is in the careful hands of the USPS your order will be marked as such. If we have not marked your package as in transit it's not likely to have been shipped.

We process orders in the order that they are received. I will not expedite the processing of your order so please don't ask.

We estimated, based on the transactions we have done and the refunds given, that over 98% of our packages have been successfully delivered.

FINALIZE EARLY
Finalize Early may be required for some buyers orders. If your buyer stats have a very high refund rate, auto-finalize rate, or you have been blacklisted (for auto finalizing or something similar) by either us or another vendor.

FE is required for new buyers purchasing over 2 ounces of boomers. The escrow system is there for a reason, use it! Should people not finalize in a timely manner this may change in the future. Thank you for your understanding in this.

When you finalize early there is no need to leave feedback, this said we expect all buyers who finalize early to leave either a 5/5 feedback rating or to leave no feedback at all when finalizing early and then fill in your feedback when you receive your order.

If you have an issue with your order, PM us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue before leaving any feedback. If you leave feedback first without contacting us and/or otherwise do not allow us the opportunity to fix whatever the issue is we may choose to refuse service to you in the future. If you contact us first however and we are unable to come to an understanding, then feel free to change your feedback that reflects the outcome of your order with us.

RISK
To date we have only had ONE package go missing out of all of our orders. In the off chance the order does not arrive for any of a number of reasons (incorrect address, fake name, observant mailman, watched address, incorrect delivery, lost or stolen, and seizure by customs) contact us and we will work it out.

We are not out to scam anyone, PMs or forum posts stating/suggesting that we are scammers will result in your account being banned from purchasing from us in the future and your user name will be shared with the other vendors of the site so they do not have to deal with any of your potential allegations and to prevent you from trying to ruin the reputation of other reputable vendors.

Do not delay in contacting us if you suspect a delivery problem. Generally there is no reason why any package should take more than 30 days to arrive to it's intended destination.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only provided after 1 month has passed from the date your item was marked in transit. You MUST provide your transaction number in order to be able to receive a refund. Refunds are dealt with on a cas-by-case basis, if you believe you are entitled to one you will need to provide the justification.
If you Finalized Early and your package does not arrive, you will receive whatever refund you are eligible for and it won't affect your stats in any way. If you haven't FE'd and are due a refund, it will be reflected in your buyer stats.
