PACKAGING

Products will be dispatched in standard envelopes or jiffy bags, with the upmost care taken to ensure packages are sealed securely and have no chance of splitting open during transit.

Mr Mud has extensive experience of sending contraband within the UK and we are very competent in sending items with stealth, in a manner that our packages are indistinguishable from any other items sent through the Royal Mail. During our activity of sending contraband domestically within the UK, we have sent in excess of 200 items and all have arrived with ease.

All our packages will fit through your letterbox.


SHIPPING

We only provide our services domestically to UK residents only, so items will be sent using 1st class Royal Mail Postage.

Tracked postage is available on request

For larger orders, the standard untracked first class Royal Mail will still be used, however we are happy to post your item using the Royal Mail track and trace service upon request.

We advice that the track and trace service be chosen for items of higher value, as partial refunds can only be offered to customers who have a history of repeated orders from Mr Mud (please see refunds section)

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.

We feel it is not necessary to user your real name, we'll leave that to your own discretion.

ALL we ask is that you TRIPLE check that your postal address is EXACTLY right. We will also double check to confirm that the postcode provided matches the remainder of the address.

Mr Mud only accepts payment by Bitcoin

LOST ITEMS / REFUNDS

Mr Mud currently is only sending items domestically to residents within the UK so the prospect of loosing your order is very unlikely. We will offer a 50% refund on any lost packages, but we can only offer this level of compensation to customers who have made in excess of ten orders with Mr Mud.

For this reason, we advice that for items of higher value, our customers opt for the track and trace shipping option. We appreciate that this method requires our customers to sign for their delivery, but Mr Mud ensures that all items will be securely sealed and will never have the opportunity to break open. Coincidentally a member of our team worked in a Royal Mail sorting depot for 3 years so we have first hand knowledge that no internal mail is monitored/scanned in any way illegal content.
