::: SHIPPING :::

Stealthy, free and fast shipping. International shipping available on some items. Most orders will go in the mailbox the day after you order. Some will go the day you order. Some, unfortunately, will take a little longer because I need more time with the packaging. This is rare, but happens with unusually sized products because I take extra care with packaging. If you have any problems finding your product in the shipment, contact me for a hint.

International shipping is not free and it is limited to the products that offer the international shipping option. As of right now, I only ship Priority in a small flat rate box when shipping international. Because of the nature of international, there is a greater chance of interception. In the event of a lost shipment, you will get a 50% refund. There are risks involved with shipping overseas and customs; we (you the buyer and me the seller) split the risks.

To date, I have lost ZERO packages to the system, customs, inspection, anything. Every single package has arrived.

::: STEALTH :::

In the beginning, I put together a system that was very good. Every shipment was met with fantastic feedback and everyone was happy. Unfortunately, I started to get some odd responses from people, some very accusatory, saying that they couldn't find their product. One even went so far as throwing away the package because he couldn't locate the product.

In response, I turned down the stealth. Using a multi pacakge system, it seemed sufficient.. at first. Quickly, I felt uneasy, and then initiated a new system, similar to the old. Feedback started coming in and there were some not-so-happy responses to my new system.

Upside, nothing bad happened. Everyone got their orders, but the pacakaging was damaged with a couple. If you are reading this, the problem has been resolved. It was resolved almost immediately.

Obviously, as stated before, I take stealth very seriously. I am in the not-fucking-around crew. Inspection is always a possibility, but I make interception as unlikely as possible.

Not only do I want to get the highest quality product out to you ASAP, I strive to have the most competitive pricing anywhere! My public listing prices are, for the most part, set. However, if you are looking for a quantity greater than what I have listed, hit me up. Let's make a deal. No reasonable deal will be ignored.

::: TURNAROUND TIME :::

Your first class shipping order will arrive to you in *** 1-3 weeks ***. Sometimes, depending on location, it will arrive sooner. Sometimes, it will take the whole 3 weeks. If in the event that my end is lagging, I will contact you. If your package has not arrived in a week, PLEASE do not contact me and PLEASE be patient.

If you choose the priority shipping option, delivery time is a little more reliable. Expect these orders to be delivered in, at most, a week from placing the order.

If my turnaround time does not work for you, please do not order. I want your business, but I want happy satisfied customers more than less than perfect feedback. I, unfortunately, just fired my slave and do not have the resources to make overnight reliably happen.

::: MESSAGES :::

If possible, try to communicate all relevant order information in address box at checkout. Address particulars, return to address requests, packaging requests, etc. Use this form, there is no character limit (that I know of) and is a great place to communicate with me that I check daily.

I get a lot of messages and I try to get back to them all in a timely manner. Often I will scan the messages and respond to urgent order related messages immediately or to user names that I know and/or have orders with. So it would be a huge help to me to use as descriptive subject line as possible vs the default "subject".

Recently, on the silkroad reddit, I saw a post about introducing yourself to sellers as a proper etiquette protocol prior to ordering. I can only speak for myself, but for me this is not necessary. This doesn't mean that I wish not to interact with you, but it is definitely not an important part of the process for me! This pretty much guarantees an immediate response and reduces the amount of load time we all have to go through.

::: PRIVACY :::

A word about privacy; it's important IMO to encrypt your address when you order, at the very least. Conversations don't "need" (subjective) to be encrypted as long as you don't say anything too incriminating, but the address most definitely should be encrypted. This can be done with PGP or with Privnote. Privnote is super easy to work with and offers sufficient security. The problem with PGP is that if the message is intercepted, our adversary will have the information. Anyone can open that Privnote link 1 time.
