Buyer/Seller Contract (PLEASE READ)
This contract is entered into when you place and order. Both parties have certain responsibilities. Our responsibilities include the following:
1. We are to package and ship your product using the best stealth methods available.
2. We are responsible for, and will replace, any package that does not reach you due to an error on our part. This includes a failure to check the waive signature box on an express package (we don't expect you to have to sign for anything, ever), or a package that is labelled differently than you have requested that does not reach you. In those cases, we will re-ship or refund you at your request. In the event of a re-ship or refund, we would still expect a 5/5 rating for working to make it right with you.
3. We are NOT responsible for USPS errors if the package is correctly labeled with buyer supplied address, including failure to deliver (carrier failure to locate address, USPS claim of "undeliverable address", etc). We are NOT responsible if you, "accidentally" or otherwise, DESTROY YOUR OWN DRUGS after receiving your package, so LOOK CAREFULLY.
4. Your responsibility is to FINALIZE YOUR ORDER and give us a 5/5 rating EVEN IF THE USPS FUCK UP.

Shipping Guidelines, Tracking, Ordering Standards and Policies, etc.:
Please read this before ordering, or if you just placed an order before this posted, take a look, because it applies to all orders, including active orders.

Ordering guidelines:
-Overall Order Timeline-
When ordering, consider the following. We make every effort to ship same day. We will ship within 24 hours of the first business day your order was posted unless SR is down. We are open Monday-Friday. For example, if you order on Saturday at 3PM PST, we will try our best to get the order packed and shipped by Monday morning, but depending on circumstances, it may go out Monday night. While we prioritize expedited orders, expedited shipping requests still fall under these guidelines, because order volume and restocking product are the push and pull that we can't always control, as much as we want to. In nearly every case, your order will ship in a 24 hour period, and in many cases, we are able to get orders out within hours of posting. Every effort is made to ship orders received by 12 noon PST on the same day, but we can’t always do this. We just need to make it clear that if it is at all possible to plan ahead a bit, the whole process will be much less stressful for everyone. It's always better to plan for a longer wait and be happily surprised than it is to count on a time frame that may not be possible to meet due to factors out of everyone's control. We do have tracking info for each package. However, we will under no circumstances give you this number. We keep it to provide to SR admins in case of a dispute. Please do not PM us after the order with a request for us to track your package. We simply do not have time for these requests. Our job is selling you what you want. We have an obligation to pack your product with your safety and ours as the #1 priority, and ship it to you in a reasonable time frame. If your order has been confirmed for 5 days and still has not arrived, you may then PM us and let us know, and we'll work to figure out what happened.

-Expedited Orders-
We always expedite shipping as much as is possible. Please do not request special shipping arrangements. Refer to the above "Overall Order Timeline" section for guidelines on ordering and ship times. DO NOT PM us with ANY special shipping requests. We will ignore your message.

-Encryption-
PGP and privnote are very important. Please protect yourself from the law. Leaving your address unencrypted is a terrible idea. We won’t force you to do it, but we strongly advise you to take as much time as you need to read the forums, post questions on the forums and ask other buyers to learn how to do this. This isn’t eBay, so don’t forget that and end up in prison.

-FE guidelines-
FE is recommended for expedited shipment. We also politely request that new customers with under 30 transactions and customers with AFs on their history consider FE as an olive branch. Unfortunately, many new folks and folks with a history of failing to finalize tend to finalize late, in some cases extremely late. We don't want to have what we see as bad policies about this, but we really need people to understand how vital it is that you finalize your order FIRST THING when it gets to your door.

-Shipping "Problems"-
We've found the #1 problem to be lack of patience. If you just follow our terms as outlined above, what you may think is a problem will likely just work itself out fine and your package will arrive within the time frame we've outlined above. If there is a real problem, we will adhere to the buyer/seller contract in all cases.

We don't do refunds if you get your product. We require a 5/5 as outlined in the buyer/seller contract.
