We are new to vending on Silk Road but certainly not new to the game. We are very excited at the opportunity to establish a new customer base on SR. Our aim is to provide valued customers with great prices and great products. To ensure your satisfaction will be our #1 priority.

DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY. All orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail and if your order totals under the amount of $250 there will be no tracking number provided. Now that since the Priority Stamps have been created we feel no need to put ourselves on camera if we don’t have to. Now, if something is of absolute importance and you must have it by tomorrow if your order is in early enough then express mail next day delivery can be worked out just shoot us a message.

Now…by ordering from us you agree that you have read fully our page and understand all of our policies. Therefore no disputes will be entertained based upon anyone's ignorance to the policies associated with fulfilling their end of our agreement (especially once our end has been met).

Please Note: If you are a whiney, deceitful, or a dishonorable person don't even bother ordering, we DO NOT WANT NOR DO WE NEED your money!! Our products, safety, and good business will sell themselves with or without you. If you are the type of person who wants to ride our backs while we are fulfilling our end of the agreement please take your business else where. We only want to deal with respectful and mature buyers. The usual transit time is 2 or 3 days (give or take a couple – holidays and/or weekends depending). We don't have time nor the patience to deal with pettiness and we definitely are not here to steal anyone’s small change!

Shipments are done properly with various stealth techniques. Stealthy packaging is extremely important to us and we take this process very serious, so you can have confidence that your product will be handled with care.

ALL ORDERS BEFORE 3PM CENTRAL WILL GO OUT THE SAME DAY. ALL ORDERS AFTER 3PM CENTRAL WILL GO OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. We do this for security reasons; the faster you get your product the less chance of something going wrong. We don't believe in having orders lingering around until someone “feels like” going to ship it. FURTHERMORE IF YOU ORDER FRIDAY AFTER 3PM, SAT, OR SUN THEN YOUR ORDER IT'LL BE SHIPPED OUT ON MONDAY – if there is no holiday that day.

We don't play around with shipping, to us it is of the utmost importance!!! Yet…in this we both have a shared sense of responsibility when it comes to shipping your package… It’s our responsibility to package and ship your product properly, and its YOUR responsibility to double and triple check your address(es) before submitting an order. We do NOT correct incorrect addresses formatting. All addresses are cut and pasted in the same matter they were typed then printed and placed on the packages then destroyed.

We Can’t reiterate it enough-> check your address(es) prior to placing an order*....If your address(es) are incorrect it is not our responsibility and this will only serve to delay your order and/or cause your package to disappear.

***Please note: All orders that are marked “IN TRANSIT” have been shipped and are on their way to their respective locations and a follow up email letting you know where the return address is from
Refund/Reship Policy:
We will NOT consider any sort of refund or reship for any packages that failed to arrive due to the purchaser not providing the proper information. If a package has a tracking number and it says that it has been delivered on the tracking, then the package has been delivered- that’s it that’s all- There will NEVER be a refund provided or a dispute for a package that says that it has been delivered.

Again shipping is done via- USPS. Remember the postal service is not perfect! Mail does get stolen. Mail does get lost and mail does get confiscated. Although these things rarely happen, please be reasonable and considerate before trying to get irate with anybody at PT & RnR. We will always do our best to ensure that you (our clients) get your orders. However, dually note that once your package leaves our hands it is out of our control.

Any issue will be addressed properly. UNLESS:

1) Your address does not check out according to USPS and we have no way of knowing you received it.
2) You give us a bogus name/address which is often flagged by postal authorities. &
3) Your address is "HOT" (which means flagged or watched by postal authorities and/or Law Enforcement).

If you don't fall into the above categories then message us and we can work out a resolution.
