Shipping:

After much research I have gathered all the required tools for this very vital step. I will offer 2 shipping options Regular and Xpress.

Everything will be DOUBLE (maybe triple depending on amount) vacuum sealed and shipping with Canada Post.

Xpress Shipping times as of now are:
Domestic (Canada): 2-3 Business Days
USA: 3-4 Business Days
International: 4-10 Business Days

Regular Mail Shipping times as of now are:
Domestic (Canada): 2-4 Business Days
USA: 4 to 6 Business Days
International: 7-14 Business Days

Orders placed on weekends/holidays will not be shipped out until the next earliest business day, as Canada Post does not operate during such times and I do not want the package to be sitting in postal facilities longer than it needs to.

After reading much discussion on Australia and the intuitiveness of its customs and the trouble involved and high amount of interceptions, I decided at first not to ship to AUS anymore, however I still will but *AT YOUR OWN RISK*.

There will be no more refunds to Australia. Cases taken to Resolution Center, will be dismissed if you did not read this before hand.

If you are not comfortable with this policy, I advise you to please buy elsewhere. There are many other vendors who provide refunds/compensation to Australia. Thank you.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

I will not be handing out tracking numbers as it compromises the safety and security of my operation (stating locations of drop off points and what not). If this is of concern to anyone please message me and we can work something out.

Refunds:

On Xpresspost packages I will be offering a 50% refund now after checking tracking numbers. Since regular mail orders cannot be tracked for validity, a "Love letter" or some proof of customs seizure must be provided before getting any refunds.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH MORE THAN 5% REFUND RATES. These are considered high-risk customers and unfortunately we must protect ourselves in case of problems. This can however be negotiated with previous repeat customers. Thank You
