2. There will be absolutely NO RESHIPS of any products on claims of non-receipt. All orders will have tracking to safeguard against any illegitimate claims. REFUNDS will be handled on a case by case basis and determined solely on your statistics as a buyer on SR. Please keep this in mind when you order. Less than 10 transactions or less than 500$ spent will grant you NO refund. Apologies but this is the only way we see to thwart potential scammers.

3. We aim to serve our customers, If you have any qualms with the service and you decide to leave less than 5/5 feedback address this with us personally FIRST. We will go above and beyond for our loyal customers but any scam attempts will be dismissed completely, reported to the admins as necessary and you will be added to our blacklist.
