As much as I love and appreciate you all, there is absolutely no way that I can answer all of these messages in a timely enough fashion and be able to get any work done. :-/ Therefore I am going to try to answer a couple of the most frequent ones here.

FOR EVERYONE'S SECURITY, I DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY TRACKING NUMBERS UNLESS THERE IS AN EXTRAORDINARY DELAY IN YOUR ORDER. WHICH MEANS OVER 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR EXPRESS AND OVER A 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PRIORITY!!!

IF YOU JUST HAPPEN TO GET A PRODUCT SHIPPED FIRST CLASS DON'T ASK FOR TRACKING UNTIL WE ARE IN RESOLUTION. Although an order which is shipped normal First Class snail mail may seem to be taking too long for your liking, don't be surprised if your order doesn't get to you for a week or so. It is just the way that USPS operates. Don't ask me because they give no rhyme or reason for it.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR COMBINATION SHIPPING YOU MUST HAVE PAID FOR AT LEAST ONE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED. If you do not pay for a shipping option, I will adjust your order or cancel your order at my discretion.


I DO MY DAMNDEST TO GET YOUR PACKAGE IN THE MAIL BEFORE IT IS EVEN MARKED IN TRANSIT. So if your order still says processing, then it is not yet in the postal services hands. It will be as soon as I possibly deliver it to them though. But there is no way for me to tell you how long they will be in getting said package to you. In transit with me truly means in transit, UNLESS I message you and tell you that I made some kind of mistake, that is. :-) But any way, you will know what is going on with your package.

I do not give any samples any more. That was done when I first became a vendor. Now if you want a sample, order the stamp. It is only $10. Or you can read the reviews and go from there.

PRIVNOTE SLOWS DOWN THE PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER. It is probably best for you to send it twice in two different privnotes if you do use it. I like to check and double check and then check the addresses again. If you use privnote then I will have to have your address and username transported to a location outside of the tor network. For security reasons, I don't like to do that so after I destroy the first note, I will ask you to confirm a part of the address.

Seeing as I only offer two shipping options of which BOTH OFFER TRACKING, the refund policy is IF IT SAYS DELIVERED, IT WAS DELIVERED. If not, you will be entitled to a 100% reship or a 50% refund. Your choice.
I NEVER REQUIRE EARLY FINALIZATION. I actually prefer that you don't pay me until you receive your purchase. BUT once you do receive your package, please finalize ASAP! The SR escrow system is here for the benefit of both of us.
