SHIPPING:
I ship on weekends. So if you order during the week it won't be shipped before the weekend.That is SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Please allow up to 7 days until your order gets shipped (for instance if you order on a Sunday)


DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time to EUROPA: 7 to 15 days
Delivery time to USA: 15 to 30 days
Delivery time to AUSTRALIA: 20 to 30 days
Delivery time to ALL THE OTHERS: up to 30 days

Please note that postal delivery might be delayed due to bad weathery conditions. If so, I will let you know.


ADDRESSES:
You need to write your address exactly as you want it to appear on the package.
Use a real name, don't forget your country and use accurate line breaks
I'll copy how you send it, so if you send your address in 6 lines - it will be written on the package in 6 lines
Please take your time to write your address properly, this will help prompt processing and reliable delivery.

The address must be clean at least three months (this means not having received shipments from South America in three months, customs problem)


SHIPPING OPTIONS:
1. Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent when your order gets shipped. That way we'll both know when the sending is received.
For that type of shipment, depending on the case, you'll get the reimbursement rate as per policies below.

2. No tracking:
Plain and simple letter. Without tracking number I would never know whether or not the order arrived, so I can give you 30% refund at max.

REFUND POLICY:
1 gram to 3 grams: refund of 50% sent confirming failure.
4 gram to 6 grams: refund of 60% sent confirming failure.
7 grams to more : refund of 70% sent confirming failure.

Order with no tracking code will get 30% refund MAXIMUM, and refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
