COUNTRY IN FEEDBACK

Please do not mention your country in your order feedback, this is to protect future orders we do not want to attract the attention of customs in XYZ country because of buyers mentioning they are in said country. You are welcome to message me in private to let me know it arrived in X days to Y country but please do not post the country in your feedback.

BULK ORDERS

We are getting a lot of requests for bulk amounts. We will not discuss bulk options unless you are an existing customer as we are sick of giving price quotes/discussing options with people who never order or don't have a clue what they are doing. If you want to discuss larger options please either quote a previous transaction tx you have made with us or have existing correspondence relating to a past purchase from us.

Please note these were batches we previously had, we cannot be expected to update these pictures every time we get a new batch. You can be assured if a listing says every batch is reagent tested then it is. But we cannot guarantee that an order will look exactly as it does in the order picture and this is not a valid excuse for a refund..

We have stopped sending messages to customers when your order shipped due to the volume of orders making this very time consuming. We will still of course message you if your order is delayed or has any problems. Your order is marked dispatched when it has left our hands so using the rough time lines on our profile you can see how long it should take to arrive.

We are trialing a new postage option "Addon purchase" This is ONLY to be used if you are ordering more than 1 item and want them sent together and save on postage. Please note that the following restrictions apply:

1. The max sent in an international letter is 5g anything over this total amount must order with the correct postage and will be sent in a 2nd letter.

2. Domestic orders over 5g are ok but may be sent in a slightly different method to accommodate for the larger amount. They will still fit through a letter box as normal.

3. Stealth Letters have been streamlined. Please select Stealth Letter A if you are getting up to and including 3.5g of one substance or 2g of 2 substances. Please select Stealth Letter B if the order is over 3.5g up to 5g of 1-3 substances.

4. If you do not use the addon purchase option do not assume we will ship orders separately. Please message us & add a note to your order address if you want this done.

Speed: All orders aim to be dispatched same or next day, if for some reason it can't be then we will let you know ASAP. Once an order is dispatched it will be marked as such within a few hours maximum (usually sooner assuming TOR is working fine)

Returns: All products are subject to a 40% refund on non arrival, unless a customer has a high refund to transaction rate we don't require finalizing early, SR put escrow there for a reason! That said please see the postage section for delivery time estimates we expect to wait before stepping into a resolution.

Security: Your security is important, we do not store any addresses or order logs.

We only accept Bitcoins via Silk Road please do not ask to pay by Western Union, cash or any other method. We certainly will not meet in person either sorry!

- Postage: -

As said above there are different tiers of postage suited for different purposes, none of them require your signature.

Domestic: This is for UK to UK orders and normally will be letter sized, if the order is larger we may bump it up to a small packet but we will always make sure it can fit through a post box so you don't have to sign for/collect it.

International Letter: This is for any non UK order that wants most basic stealthing, is fine for 1-5g of product but not advisable for anything more.

Europe Packet: This is for any Europe based customer who is ordering upto 8-10g and doesn't want advanced stealthing.

International Packet: This is for any non Europe, Non UK (i.e. USA, Canada) based customer who is ordering upto 8-10g and doesn't want advanced stealthing.

Stealth Letter: Stealthed letters are for customers from anywhere, they are the best stealthing for small orders that we offer (up to 3.5g) they can be opened by your probation officer/dog/room mates and they would think it's normal post. Usually arrives faster than stealth packets.

Stealth Packet: This is for larger stealth orders, maximum of 20g per packet (if you're ordering over this amount discuss with me first) they can be used by any customer regardless of location and offer the best stealthing but take slightly longer to arrive than the letters.

Please note that high risk countries such as Australia and Finland get a maximum of 25% refund if they don't use the stealth postage options (you still get escrow though) if they do use the stealth options then they get the normal refund rate.

In addition to this if you finalize early we can not provide a refund should your order not arrive/autofinalize. Please note your order tx number and stay in escrow for normal orders.
