We grow only organic, both indoor and outdoor.

Indoor is in soil. We pride ourselves on our tight trim job. You won’t get a lot of monster buds. But you also won’t get a lot of lumber or leaf.

Outdoor bud is grown in southern Humboldt and is gorgeous, green, and big.

Every order gets a free delectable edible! Starting May 1, we will have to switch from chocolate to Rice Krispy Canna Treats due to heat concerns.

It’s very important to us that our customers be as satisfied with our service as they are with our medicine. If you have any questions about your order, let us know and we will try to make it right. We respond to messages quickly.

Baring holidays and SR site maintenance, orders ship within 48 hours. Prices include shipping. Please triple check your address when ordering—we cut and paste whatever you send us. Fake names = lost package, so please don't.

IMPORTANT: If you're ordering from the east coast, the safest procedure is to order on a Monday or Tuesday. Later in the week means a longer transit time because of the weekend. And a longer transit time means more potential dog-nose-size molecules will be hanging around your package. It's your risk--we'll ship whenever you order--but you might keep the timing in mind.

For everyone: the post office isn't open on Saturdays in this small rural town. So if you order Friday late or Saturday, it won't go out until Monday.

Q: Can newbies order?
A: Of course! We hope you’ll give us a try!

Q: Can I buy an ounce and split it between different strains?
A: We tried doing that and it was just too much work for an ounce. But if you order a QP or larger, then you can split it into 2-4 strains.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We use USPS Priority which now comes with an automatic tracking number. The cost of Priority mailing is included in the cost of our items. We rotate through a variety of faux return addresses. We double vacuum-bag all material.

Q: Can I chose another shipping method?
A: Yes. We can ship Express if you're willing to pay for the extra cost. Drop us a note and we can send you the link to pay for Express. You can also choose a bubble mailer instead of a box if you prefer. If you prefer First Class, we can also do that.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We are not currently accepting any new International customers.

Q: Do I have to use GPG/PGP?
A: No, but we encourage it. It’s your risk. Privnotes are fine. Also, tormail--we're at heartofhum@tormail.org.
