SHIPPING TIMES:
most shippings leave on same day if ordered before 13:00 (UTC+1) or next day if ordered later. if your shipping takes longer then expected, please be patient. post-transfer times can largely vary and we have no influence on that.
(for example, a customer of ireland waited 10 days, another customer from ireland waited only 2(!) days. shipping of both was on the same day. same thing happens few times in germany, too.)

TRACKING:
We use "tracking with no sign" for international orders. So we cannot check, when/where your order is. we can only check if it is "in delivery" or "delivered" or "could not be delivered". A full tracking information would only be possible for a "tracking with sign"-shipping.
tracking codes are not given out. this is for our safety and is a strict policy. in case of mediating with sr, we give the code to them.
If you do a bulk order and need full tracking (with sign), you can drop us a message and we can arrange. but for your own safety, we do not recommend any kind of "sign".
