I include regular postage for US and CANADA for no extra charge.

Europe - I require FE for all orders going to Europe regardless of buyer stats or shipping option(tracking or not)

If you choose the free shipping option there is NO way to track your order.Therefore you will NOT get a refund. If you chose the trackable option you will get back anywhere from 20-50% depending on your order size and previous relationship with me.

Basically all EU orders are done at your own risk. So far I have not had a single order going to the EU get stopped, this is ranging from 0.1g - 3.5G orders. Obviously the 3.5g order was sent via express post and still made it without any issues.


I will allow members who meet my escrow requirements to stay in escrow even with REGULAR POST. BUT THERE WILL BE ZERO REFUNDS IF NON-DELIVERY!!

It not uncommon for orders to take up to 2 weeks, but majority of orders make it within 5 business days.

PLEASE BE PATIENT, regular mail could take up to 3 weeks depending on post office closers/shortages.

I offer xpress post in CANADA for $20. This includes tracking, and DOES NOT require signature.

Xpress post for USA/EUROPE REQUIRES signature and includes tracking.

I will be shipping 5 days a week. If your express order is placed before 12 pm EST it may go out same day(if you are not required to FE/I am not busy due to IRL things). All other orders should be mailed within 24-48 hrs at the latest.

With new packaging I have 100% success to USA. With old packaging I have had over 230 packages make it with a success of 98.6%. Only one US bound express post has been stopped and this was with the old packaging. Since new packaging I have 100% success sending up to 3.5g per letter mail.

EU is 100% for all new and old packaging. This includes regular post as well as express post(3.5g's has successfully made it to UK).

Canada is 100% new and old packaging. This includes both regular and express post.

Escrow:

I require FE for all new buyers whom have less than 10 transactions or bad stats(over 5%).
less than 3 months or less than $1000 spent.

This means if you have 10 transactions and less than 1000$ spent you will have to FE.

Or If you have more than 1000$ spent and have been a member for more than 3 months and less than 10 transactions you will have to FE.

Also orders exceeding 1 gram will have to be finalized if you have not placed an order with me before. Even if you meet my escrow requirements you still will have to FE if you purchase the 3 gram listing.

Any order greater than 3 grams(1000$+) will have to be partially FE'd even if you meet my escrow requirements.

REFUNDS: I do not offer reships.
If you choose a non-trackable shipping option you will NOT receive any refund. I've had too many people claim non-delivery with non-trackable shipping. While everyone who had trackable shipping got their orders within 4 business days.

If your TRACKABLE package doesn't arrive I will offer upto 50% depending on size of order, and obviously client relationship.
