***HOW IT WORKS***

first step in the process is to select the correct type of listing for the type of transfer you wish to complete. just add the listing to your cart like you would any other item and in the address box there simply needs to be the amount of either coins or cash you wish to exchange and click The "Place Order" Button.

You will receive a message containing the instructions to follow to complete payment for your order. and your order will be excepted and will now say "in transit" follow the instructions in the message and send us a rely and confirm you have completed payment or sent your money and supply your tracking number. now all you have to do is sit back and relax.

funds are always transferred directly in to your silkroad buyers account (the one you placed the order with). funds can take 24-48hrs to be credited to your account, this really all depends on two facts 1.how fast the bank is at transferring and making available on the receivers end and 2.how busy we are. there is also a time delay due to the reciever passing the details on only twice a day.this is for security reasons.

We are happy to except US Dollars or Euros via international wire or you may send cash in the mail i recommend sending it tracked this is at your expense, the price we pay is only set when we have your cash/transfer confirmed and not at the time of sale. International registered mail takes around 3-7days(depending on where in your location, international bank transfers take 3-5days so cash can be a lot faster please grab a free listing and the details including iban and swift code will be sent to you.


we charge a fee for our services, we have a lot of over heads like 5 safe addresses we use and 4 bank accounts none of witch are connected to us so the fee is mainly to cover the cost of these safe addresses and the huge amount of time this job takes. we only see half the fee witch is 5% if paid in cash the rest goes to the people who allow us to use there address and those who buy the coins for us. with out whom this just would not be possible. .

Cash is always sent special delivery and can be sent to any UK address. it does not have to be your address cash is normally posted within 20minutes of coins being revived in our account and we will need you to provide your address each time you trade as they are deleted after printing them on a professional label, cash is always sent boxed and in stealth packing.
