We do our best to send everything in the next 24h after the order has been placed.

Shipping methods:

- Unregistered: Worldwide. No tracking number.
- Unregistered express: Tracking number is provided only to a certain number of countries *. The rest of the countries not included in the list can choose this shipping method, but they will not have a tracking number.
- Registered: Worldwide. Tracking number provided. Signature required upon arrival.
- Registered express: Worldwide. Tracking number provided. Signature required upon arrival.


Other shipping methods: UPS or other private companies can be arranged if the buyer pays the extra cost. Please inquire by PM.

*Countries that provide a tracking number with the unregistered express shipment:
Europe: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Malta.

Shipping times (extracted from the Postal Service website):

Express shipping:
- Spain: 1 day
- Europe: 1 - 7 days
- Rest of the world: 3 - 6 days.

Normal shipping:

- Spain: 2 - 3 days
- Europe: 4 - 6 days.
- Rest of the world: It can vary greatly. To the USA it takes normally around 7 business days, to Russia around 10 business days, etc...

I don't guarantee the shipping times, these can greatly vary from one country to another.

Tracking number: Until not long we gave the tracking number with the confirmation that the order had been shipped. Unfortunately we have to stop giving tracking numbers for security reasons (avoid being located by the police). If your order has been delayed more than 10 days, send us a message and we will post you the location of the parcel without any problem.

Russia: We ship very often to Russia. Sometimes there are delays with customs. For 50$ we can arrange express shipping and you would get it in 3-5 days. With tracking number, 50% refund.

USA: Times depend greatly on the area where you are shipping. Allow one good week before inquiring about your order, as it may be arriving very soon.

We have long experience sending drugs through the post, even very large quantities, and our shipments have have been rarely seized, and only in countries with very difficult customs. In the rare event that this would occur, please, get in touch with us. We are sure we will sort it out and we wont let you down.

Refund policies still remain even if you finalized early, so if you ordered with a tracking number, and your order is seized, please get in touch with us and we will arrange something.
