FAQ 1 - What do I put in the 'Address' box when I order off you ------
It's not necessary to send me your physical address as I offer only digital downloads ie. link/s sent direct to your PM inbox (I send by PM only due to the unreliability of certain email addresses). You can put in any letter/s of the alphabet, number/s or a message to me if you like.

FAQ 2 - What is this 'rar' file I have downloaded from the link/s you have given me? ------
**Rar files**
I usually package files into a Rar file. This is so that the download file size is smaller and so that you only have to download from one link instead of several. Quite a few people have difficulty dealing with Rar files as they don't know what to do with them (Google is your friend) but here's what you do:
You can use either Winrar for pc or UnRarX for Mac. Both are free downloads and are available here:

Once downloaded these programs will decompress the files within and you'll then have the files available.

FAQ 3 - The media player I have doesn't play the video file/s I've downloaded from the links supplied by you ------
First please note that none of the files you'll receive have a problem with them proven by the amount of people who have previously obtained the file/s from me without any problem.
Either your download was corrupted (in which case I'd suggest you re-download from the link/s supplied) or you do not have the correct codecs on your pc (this is the most likely scenario). I suggest you download VLC which is free and can be downloaded here ...

FAQ 4 - Nothing happens when I try download from the link you have supplied me ------
I supply you with direct download links which generally means that as soon as you click on the link it starts downloading automatically. Check the folder where you usually download to and you will likely find it there (unless it's still downloading).

FAQ 4 - I haven't received the correct order or I have and am not happy for some reason ------
Occasionally I make a mistake and send out the wrong order. Get back to me by PM and I'll rectify it ASAP. If you're unhappy with your order please let me know and we'll see what can be done. Communication is key and I will always come up with a solution to solve any problem.

FAQ 5 - *RATINGS* - I have received the item/s but have not read or viewed it yet/ I don't like the material I've received or it's taking longer to receive than expected. Is it OK to give you a low rating until I'm done or happy ------
PLEASE do not do this. I do not write the books or make the movie/s. I strive for customer satisfaction so I'd prefer it if you based your rating on my low prices and service I offer (my 100% rating has been lowered by two people - one, who even though I clearly state that I send out pdfs digitally, was expecting physical books and the other who didn't like something that was written in one of the books).

I generally give links out to the downloads within 12 hours which is considered normal and pretty fast here at SR.

PDFs (ebooks)

I am offering pdf ebooks - these are ebooks readable in Adobe Reader or whatever reader that can view pdfs as well as iPads etc. (some people have expected me to post them actual books - actually got a 1/5 rating from someone who did!)

The pdf's are mostly hq scanned copies but some are direct pdf's straight from the original seller. I will not put up illegible or poorly scanned pdf's.

I offer a workaround solution to a program (I-Doser Pro 5) and no cracks/trojans or viruses are included. Straight forward method of installing/easy instructions.

REFUND POLICY
I only offer refunds when the customer is entirely unsatisfied within reason. Don't expect to pay the equivalent of $2 for about a gigabyte of pdf's or a movie then tell me you're not happy with something and expect a full refund. I don't make much on profits due to my low prices and high costs of being able to provide high speed direct download links.
