He scammed me, kept saying its coming its coming and nothing ever came (16 days ago)

What i have to say about this: I have contacted this user 16 days ago asking him to wait an additional week and to contact me again in case he doesn't receive his tabs. I offered him a full reship but he never contacted me after while.. In 8 months i never had the need to make a blacklist section but this user really deserves it. You are the most annoying customer i have ever dealt with. Acting like this is unacceptable for a new user with only 2-3 transactions, continue like this if you want to be blacklisted by other sellers as well!

Q: Do you accept any other payment method except bitcoin?

A: This will never happen, don't bother to ask!

Q: Do you sell samples?

A: No

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes, if you need to order in bulk (any amount exceeding 150 tabs) send me a PM message and i will create a custom listing for you. Custom orders needs extra postage, they will be sent out by standard mail.

Q: Do you do ship express?

A: Not outside of Canada, i only offer this service for custom orders. Take note that express envelopes are bigger and that they may not fit in all mailboxes.

Q: What are your policy about refunds or reship?

A: I only do reship for buyers with more than 10 transactions and a clean refund record.

No reship for customers with less than 10 transactions or new members.

Regular customers: If you are a regular customer (more than 3 purchases with me) you are eligible to a reship even if you are a new member or have less than 10 transactions total on the road. You must be able to provide the transaction numbers of the transactions you have made with me in the resolution center when asked!

Q: Can i send you my address using PRIVNOTE or auto destructive messages?

A: No, orders sent using PRIVNOTE or auto destructive messages will be canceled. Those services does NOT increase your security. I recommend you learn how to encrypt your addresses using GPG instead, by doing this you ensure that only me can decrypt your addresses ;)

Q: If i don't know how to use GPG can i send you my address in plain text (unencrypted) ?

A: It's up to you if you want to use GPG or not but for your safety i recommend you do some search on the forums, it's pretty simple to learn in fact, please take a look at this thread started by the user named pine:
