I fell behind my messages this past 10 days and I had to use my time wisely. I chose to compromise - I responded to ALL messages that had to do with an outstanding order. I prioritized mailing out orders over responding to every message that did not have to do with an order. Most orders went out on time (next day) but many orders went out within 2 days, and a few within 3. I added freebies to late orders when I could, stock permitting.
I don't know now which messages people need responding to and I have too many messages to respond to all of them, so:
1. I will only respond to messages that were sent to me this weekend.
2. Since SR messaging works on a thread system, if you messaged me with weekend AND ALSO message me before this weekend, I will see all your past messages and respond appropriately.

This has made me get a ton of sample requests. So I fell behind on sending those too this past month. I have a list of sample requests now but some of these requests are so old that I don't know if the customer is even still in the market for the item.

I will NOT send any sample requests to anyone who does not message me to request it again. Tramadol 100mg capsules are back in stock! I received enough stock this weekend to put my 40 and 100-capsule listings for 100mg Tramadol back up. When I am fully stocked on Tuesday, I will also put the 200-capsule listing back up.
150mg Tramadol capsules have been, and are still fully stocked.
Soma is fully stocked.
Benzos including ambien, xanax, klonopin, valium, and ativan will slowly be coming back in stock starting on the 10th of June next week. I'm doing my best to keep them in stock but they sell out within days. New package tracking policy:
Now that the USPS has gotten rid of Delivery Confirmation, I can't have tracking on every package, for security reasons I won't get into. I rarely have lost packages and now suddenly after I stop adding tracking, I'm getting customers claiming their packages aren't arriving. I doubt everyone is being truthful unfortunately, which saddens me. So I'm instituting a new shipping tracking policy:
a. Orders that are valued, in my prices, $200 or more, WILL have tracking.
b. The following customers will not be entitled to a refund of a lost package:
b1: Any customer with more than a 5% refund rate
b2: Any customer with less than 10 successful transactions
b3: Any customer who joined Silk Road less than one month ago from the date of their order with me.
For those customers who ARE entitled to refunds, I will either refund you 50% of your order total, or I will reship, this time WITH tracking, 100% of your order. It is your choice which one you pick.
Again guys/gals, as long as zip4.usps.com recognizes your address as deliverable (usps zip check tool) , the post office will deliver your package with no problem, 9999 times out of 10,000. I highly doubt your package will be lost. I understand, after being in business for a long time, that specific post offices have a bad habit of losing packages. I, however, only am working with post offices that I know have a long long history of consistently getting packages to my customers without fail. They simply do NOT lose packages. But I trust my regulars and SR buyers with good stats so I will refund, those buyers who meet my above criteria.
Thanks for bearing with me. It's too bad that a few bad apples have to ruin it for everyone else. I still believe that a very high majority of SR buyers are awesome people, especially my customers.

I feel I have to say something about the way everyone, especially my customers, handled our latest outage. SR is pretty special, when things like this happens, everyone bands together instead of turns against eachother, which is very unique for websites/forums like this. You're also seeing some of the growing pains of SR, that we could get through this with class makes SR stronger. We're a very tight knit bunch and I'm very proud that everyone stuck together, reading the message boards it was almost all positive remarks and positive support for us vendors and DPR. Makes me proud to be a vendor here and it makes my life a million times easier going through this knowing that all the buyers are 100% behind me should something like this happen. I have sold on other forums that completely stressed me out because one wrong move or one delay would have all my customers emailing me asking if I was scamming them, where their order was, why it was taking so long, and many emails were very viscous, calling me a scammer and names I would rather not mention here, despite coming through for all of them countless times, one delay and I'm suddenly a pariah. It has been the complete opposite experience here on SR, I'm honored to be a part of such a supportive group, and don't think I'm just spouting dogma here, knowing that you will support me through thick and thin makes my job a million times easier.
Everyone banned together and I couldn't be more proud and thankful at the supportive emails I've received. I didn't receive one bad message, which shouldn't surprise me by now, but still is a very pleasant experience. SR really is a special place, if you didn't know that before, you should know that now. Most of the time, the demise of websites and forums like this are because everyone turns against eachother and trust is lost forever and the site breaks down into name-calling and bitterness. Trust here is a very fragile thing - we only see eachother through a mess of zeros and ones. We never see eachother in real life. Trust has to exist for this site to exist. I have realized that the overall feeling on SR is "all for one and one for all". This is completely the opposite of every other forum and website I've ever been a part of, where the overall feeling was "everyone for themself". That makes SR unique and makes us destined to be around for a very long time.

First - if you need to message me, please only send one message if possible, I'm swamped with messages and pending orders because of the SR outage, my #1 goal is to get pending orders shipped as soon as possible, so my customers who rely on me for medical treatment don't run out. Reading and sending messages only slows the shipping process down. I'm only one person, I can only move so fast!
Second - with the USPS package tracking changes last month, there is no tracking anymore for my Priority Mail packages as I can't bring all my orders to the counter to ship. I will work with customers with an established buying record for non-receipts, but if you're a new buyer, I'm not going to reship if you say you didn't receive your package, honestly, there really is no way your package should be lost if you don't give me fake information, the post office RARELY loses a package. If I get an influx of "lost package" claims now, after having only one missing package out of thousands since last summer, it will be rather discouraging to think my customers would try to scam me out of product.

Again, I'm receiving endless messages asking when I'll be back in stock of everything. I'm glad there is so much interest but I can't emphasize this enough - it will be 3-4 weeks until I'm fully stocked!
I started on Silk Road as primarily a Tramadol and Soma vendor. I did not expect this high demand when I added Benzos a few months ago to my product line. In order to meet the high demand, I'm adjusting my business structure completely and I'll be fully stocked with EVERYTHING, including Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, and Ambien in 3-4 weeks. I should be fully stocked with Soma sometime this week. So - set your clocks/calendars - 1st or 2nd week in May and I'll be fully stocked. Until then, I'll be in and out of stock of all of those products, so check in every day starting this weekend, products will start trickling in this coming week.

I pride myself on my service and honestly, I want to be better than everyone else. I've dealt with my share of bad vendors as a buyer and I've noticed one thing about them that they all seem to share, especially when it comes to "illicit" items. Please forgive me in advance, for my language and candor/frankness... I don't understand why some vendors act as if it is a F**** privilege to order from them, as if you should thank your lucky stars that they LET you be their customer. It's ridiculous and it pisses me off to no end. It's exactly the opposite with me, as it should be with every vendor on Silk Road, and frankly, with any business owner: I thank my customers for being my customers and I feel privileged that my customers choose me, so I do everything in my power to make you guys satisfied, if you aren't then I haven't done my job. I know you can just as easily go elsewhere.
Bad vendors like to twist it all around and act like they are letting you be their customers. In fact, you are letting me be your vendor and I appreciate your business greatly, and with every transaction, I feel like I should prove to you that I should stay your vendor by providing a superior product and service, not just skating by with adequate product and service.
Another thing vendors who have been on SR for a while, or who get a large amount of orders do, is not answer your questions and not read your messages. They feel that they have been on SR so long and are so big that they are above answering questions.and in many cases, just delete messages. Unbelievable! I do my best to answer every question thoroughly and completely, and I NEVER ignore messages like many vendors do. Communication is 90% of this business. No one should feel that they will piss me off by asking "stupid" questions or asking for discounts. I will never get mad at my customers for any question they ask (unless that question has something to do with my mother"). Treat me with respect and you will be treated with respect.
I get many people who message me and include phrases such as "sorry for asking...", "I don't mean to be a pest...", "I know you are really busy but...", or "forgive me for asking such a stupid question". I can't tell you how many times customers are all apologetic in anticipation of my inevitable anger at them, just because they are asking for a discount or because they wrote a long message and feel they are being a pest because now I have to take a couple minutes out of my life to read a message.I realized that customers expect a negative response from me because customers on Silk Road must deal with vendors all the time who get angry or start ignoring customers who message them a lot or ask for discounts. Crazy! You are my paying customers who spend your hard-earned money on my products. These products are not cheap. I have good prices for what they are but they still cost a lot of money. You should expect stellar service from me, not just for me to ship your items, but for me to take the time to message you back with detailed messages that fully answer all your questions. If you buy bulk or are a good repeat customer of mine, you have the right to ask for some discounts and I'll usually be willing to throw in some freebies or give you a discount. I don't have a set policy for discounts, just ask for what you think is reasonable and I'll give it to you or come back with a counter-offer. But most of all, I will ALWAYS read ALL of your messages and respond to you in a polite and respectful manner, fitting of a vendor who is honored to have you as a customer. I treat every single customer as best I can, it makes no difference to me if you are a regular who orders $50 per month or $500 per month. I may give larger discounts to larger buyers but I do not treat smaller ordering customers with any less respect.
I plan to be around for awhile, but if Silk Road ever goes down, you'll be able to email me to order. I will post my email address sometime this month on my seller page, I have not decided on which email service to use yet. But it will definitely be sometime in the next couple weeks, I don't want to lose all my good customers if SR goes down and a lot of my customers depend on me for their monthly prescriptions.

I do my best to ship things as quickly as possible, but don't wait until you are out of product, or almost out of product to place an order, and then have a panic attack that it hasn't shipped 2 hours after you placed your order. My orders ship the day after they are received. Sometimes they will ship the same day, it all depends on the day,.

I can either get all orders out quicker, or answer all messages the same day, and orders will be delayed, I've decided to place priority on shipping orders and get to a limited number of messages per day, I try to answer as many as I can. Although, if you placed an order, I make sure before I ship it to check my messages for any message from you, to make sure your shipping address hasn't changed, or you have other order instructions.
So please try to keep messages to product questions, ordering questions, basically anything besides "where is my order" if it's only been a day or two, or "when is my order going to ship?" I have no problem answering any questions, including those, but it's been harder lately with the large increase in message and order volume. Don't worry, your order will be shipped out as quickly as humanly possible! Orders are shipped the next business day after you place your order, and sometimes the same day. I fell behind my messages this past 10 days and I had to use my time wisely. I chose to compromise - I responded to ALL messages that had to do with an outstanding order. I prioritized mailing out orders over responding to every message that did not have to do with an order. Now that the USPS has gotten rid of Delivery Confirmation, I can't have tracking on every package, for security reasons I won't get into. I rarely have lost packages and now suddenly after I stop adding tracking, I'm getting customers claiming their packages aren't arriving. I doubt everyone is being truthful unfortunately, which saddens me. So I'm instituting a new shipping tracking policy:
a. Orders that are valued, in my prices, $200 or more, WILL have tracking.
b. The following customers will not be entitled to a refund of a lost package:
b1: Any customer with more than a 5% refund rate
b2: Any customer with less than 10 successful transactions
b3: Any customer who joined Silk Road less than one month ago from the date of their order with me.
For those customers who ARE entitled to refunds, I will either refund you 50% of your order total, or I will reship, this time WITH tracking, 100% of your order. It is your choice which one you pick.
Again guys/gals, as long as zip4.usps.com recognizes your address as deliverable (usps zip check tool) , the post office will deliver your package with no problem, 9999 times out of 10,000. I highly doubt your package will be lost. I understand, after being in business for a long time, that specific post offices have a bad habit of losing packages. I, however, only am working with post offices that I know have a long long history of consistently getting packages to my customers without fail. They simply do NOT lose packages. I feel I have to say something about the way everyone, especially my customers, handled our latest outage. SR is pretty special, when things like this happens, everyone bands together instead of turns against eachother, which is very unique for websites/forums like this. You're also seeing some of the growing pains of SR, that we could get through this with class makes SR stronger. We're a very tight knit bunch and I'm very proud that everyone stuck together, reading the message boards it was almost all positive remarks and positive support for us vendors and DPR. Makes me proud to be a vendor here and it makes my life a million times easier going through this knowing that all the buyers are 100% behind me should something like this happen. I have sold on other forums that completely stressed me out because one wrong move or one delay would have all my customers emailing me asking if I was scamming them, where their order was, why it was taking so long, and many emails were very viscous, calling me a scammer and names I would rather not mention here, despite coming through for all of them countless times, one delay and I'm suddenly a pariah. First - if you need to message me, please only send one message if possible, I'm swamped with messages and pending orders because of the SR outage, my #1 goal is to get pending orders shipped as soon as possible, so my customers who rely on me for medical treatment don't run out. Reading and sending messages only slows the shipping process down. I'm only one person, I can only move so fast!
Second - with the USPS package tracking changes last month, there is no tracking anymore for my Priority Mail packages as I can't bring all my orders to the counter to ship. I pride myself on my service and honestly, I want to be better than everyone else. I've dealt with my share of bad vendors as a buyer and I've noticed one thing about them that they all seem to share, especially when it comes to "illicit" items. Please forgive me in advance, for my language and candor/frankness... I don't understand why some vendors act as if it is a F**** privilege to order from them, as if you should thank your lucky stars that they LET you be their customer. It's ridiculous and it pisses me off to no end. It's exactly the opposite with me, as it should be with every vendor on Silk Road, and frankly, with any business owner: I thank my customers for being my customers and I feel privileged that my customers choose me, so I do everything in my power to make you guys satisfied, if you aren't then I haven't done my job. I know you can just as easily go elsewhere.
Bad vendors like to twist it all around and act like they are letting you be their customers. In fact, you are letting me be your vendor and I appreciate your business greatly, and with every transaction, I feel like I should prove to you that I should stay your vendor by providing a superior product and service, not just skating by with adequate product and service.
Another thing vendors who have been on SR for a while, or who get a large amount of orders do, is not answer your questions and not read your messages. They feel that they have been on SR so long and are so big that they are above answering questions.and in many cases, just delete messages. Unbelievable! I do my best to answer every question thoroughly and completely, and I NEVER ignore messages like many vendors do. Communication is 90% of this business. No one should feel that they will piss me off by asking "stupid" questions or asking for discounts. I will never get mad at my customers for any question they ask (unless that question has something to do with my mother"). Treat me with respect and you will be treated with respect.
I get many people who message me and include phrases such as "sorry for asking...", "I don't mean to be a pest...", "I know you are really busy but...", or "forgive me for asking such a stupid question". I can't tell you how many times customers are all apologetic in anticipation of my inevitable anger at them, just because they are asking for a discount or because they wrote a long message and feel they are being a pest because now I have to take a couple minutes out of my life to read a message.I realized that customers expect a negative response from me because customers on Silk Road must deal with vendors all the time who get angry or start ignoring customers who message them a lot or ask for discounts. Crazy! You are my paying customers who spend your hard-earned money on my products. These products are not cheap. I have good prices for what they are but they still cost a lot of money. You should expect stellar service from me, not just for me to ship your items, but for me to take the time to message you back with detailed messages that fully answer all your questions. If you buy bulk or are a good repeat customer of mine, you have the right to ask for some discounts and I'll usually be willing to throw in some freebies or give you a discount. I don't have a set policy for discounts, just ask for what you think is reasonable and I'll give it to you or come back with a counter-offer. But most of all, I will ALWAYS read ALL of your messages and respond to you in a polite and respectful manner, fitting of a vendor who is honored to have you as a customer. I treat every single customer as best I can, it makes no difference to me if you are a regular who orders $50 per month or $500 per month. I may give larger discounts to larger buyers but I do not treat smaller ordering customers with any less respect.
I plan to be around for awhile, but if Silk Road ever goes down, you'll be able to email me to order. I do my best to ship things as quickly as possible, but don't wait until you are out of product, or almost out of product to place an order, and then have a panic attack that it hasn't shipped 2 hours after you placed your order. My orders ship the day after they are received. Sometimes they will ship the same day, it all depends on the day,.

I can either get all orders out quicker, or answer all messages the same day, and orders will be delayed, I've decided to place priority on shipping orders and get to a limited number of messages per day, I try to answer as many as I can. Although, if you placed an order, I make sure before I ship it to check my messages for any message from you, to make sure your shipping address hasn't changed, or you have other order instructions.
