6/1: Shipping days are now officially Monday through Friday. Any order placed Friday night (before 4:00 PM) might possibly be shipped Saturday depending on volume and the size of the order.

Mail pickup is usually noon on Saturday which means I have to pull an all-nighter of sorts or get up early and process/post orders before 12:00 PM. This usually is a damper on my weekends. I generally have a very fast turnaround rate, but if you want an order shipped before Monday, order Thursday afternoon.

Ever since finding and learning how to navigate the Silk Road my outlook on and quality of life has greatly improved. Tracking will be used on all orders but are the property of myself or Silk Road staff, unless discussed beforehand with you, the buyer. Orders are to be kept in escrow, i.e. no early finalization is required or wanted for my services. Escrow exists for both the safety and security of the buyer as well as the seller and you are charged a fee for the privilege, so please use the escrow feature.

When placing orders please encrypt your shipping information to my PGP key. I will not reject an order with the address sent as plain text, but I advise that you learn and use it when appropriate as a security measure.

I retain the right to cancel orders from users that have suspicious credentials at my discretion.

No fake names, no vacant addresses, please double check your address because I’m not going to check them against some sort of database.

If I receive a confusing address I will research it and try to correct it, or put your order on hold and contact you to clarify or correct it. I’d prefer a delay compared to a lost order.

If your order arrived not to your satisfaction please notify me via message with an appropriate subject field and I will reply ASAP. I will review your complaint or comments and I will try to address your concerns.

Please do not leave negative feedback before you give me an opportunity to amend the situation. Feedback can always be edited if you're not satisfied with the transaction.
