Hope all is well with everyone. I am getting a moment here to address a few issues that have been happening . 1) Shipping times have been running behind this month. For those of you waiting for , or filing late tax claims... The mail has some orders ( depending on location) jammed up and behind. For this I am sorry . It is impossible to please everyone. I try as hard as i can . Please note that I do this P/T for now.
I have other work I do as well as school. Sometimes if I get swamped , I try to be fair and reply with the fairest of answers when asked. Though some requests have taken thorough looking in to , I find myself with a small hand full of buyers either unhappy with the time it takes to reply , or If It is something the SR forum has the answer to .... I get messages that have appeared to have me pegged as a "magician" . Which I am not . I may not have an answer for you at all. SR has been shutting down for maintenance these past few weeks, It's been hit or miss with me logging on as well as getting booted off occasionally. Please know the system automatically will not show my page or show that i may be unavailable. This happens after an estimated 2 days or so of not logging in. I can not modify this setting . Please be patient when waiting for a reply . Quality of service may take a bit more to obtain, yet is always worth it when it comes to quantity vs quality overall.
Thank you to those that have been compatible for negotiating any issues needing troubleshooting at opposing ends. To those that have not been satisfied , I have made up for it in one way or another. During seasonal months where there is a holiday or globally known celebrations, I will hold my own Raffle or Drawing . This will be only for the month of the "Fourth of July " for example. From 7/1- 7/31 will be a 30 day window that all buyers for that month will have option to join or not by sending me a memo after placing an order . Please include something close to :1) username 2) date 3) state whether you would like me to include or do not include your user name this time. If you order multiple times through the month ,and are interested you do not need to send more than one message. Orders will be tracked , but if you would like to be able to have the tracking #'s for your own records/use ...etc...Please Message me before ordering. If you order then ask me for that information, ...depending on the destination of the order ..... you may not have that available. Or maybe you will have a few options that may require more $ or other options you may not be aware of.Either way you need to discuss that option with me if you so choose.

A lot of hard work has been put into establishing the infrastructure necessary to maintain consistent care, so please don't waste my time or yours. AF is not a rate you would like to have in high place values. It shows the vendor that you maybe a potential risk . With the B.C sky rocketing , more and more types of fraud, scams, complaints ( in hopes of getting a refund or extra freebies,$, etc) are coming up at the last minute or after orders are even received. This puts me in a position i dislike being in. It is not often i that have no resolution for the given issue.Please do not confuse my kindness for weakness.I do not like being put in a position to be the opposite of the "caregivers" that N.N5150
tries to be. S.R is set up to protect the "buyer" and "seller" . I give an ESTIMATION of time my orders arrive. If you are clocking the days from the time you place your order... that will not always work out. It will get there 17 days from time of acceptance. (Processing or in Transit )
S.R is not decreasing in size or attention from media any time soon. It will only gradually become harder to meet tedious demands. Messages will be given priority by subject,circumstances,and time frame. Be resourceful as you can in answering or troubleshooting anything small, or tedious. I can not teach you about this site, bitcoins etc. Nor will i give much consideration to vending to "newbies", "high risk" buyers , etc.

Also being at my at ease note that it has come to my attention that the volume of users on SR has weighed down the site to the point of me not being able to log on for a 48 hour period this past weekend. I was kicked off a few times. Some of which i would be in the midst of replying to messages of concern, those replies never made it .Along wither job part -time, this was frustrating as hell..! Please read the forums link ( posted on different URL: silkroadmarketplaceforum+wiki) and i will get to any messages asap. Trying to answer everyone at once (waiting up til off peak traffic hours also , just to log on ) is much easier and fairly worth it to respond completely honest . Instead of the short half-assed snappy replies that may or may not be true. I will not do anything to anyone... i would dislike myself. Also that is not to be mistaken for weakness or naivety either.. Consideration vs expectation will go a long way.
