-PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All of my products are genuinely top quality. They are full-strength and are manufactured according to strict laws and medical standards. You can be sure that you are getting 100% of what is advertised and 0% anything else: no chalk, laxatives, hidden/substituted meds, or unregulated and potentially contaminated or carginogenic fillers.

My guarantee since 2011 is that YOU WILL NEVER GET INDIA/PAKISTAN-MADE MEDICINES, WHETHER GENERIC OR "BRAND NAME." The pharmaceutical industries in those countries are corrupt beyond belief and their factory hygiene standards are terrible with have no quality control on ingredient dosage and storage practices (even for official legitimate products). I would not give India/Pakistan-produced medicines to my friends for free. I REPEAT, I WILL NEVER STOCK INDIA OR PAKISTAN MADE PRODUCTS.


-SHIPPING
Free shipping is always included in the price. No registered or tracked shipping of any kind is available for both vendor and buyer security. You will never have to sign for an order with your postal carrier.

Right now I ship 1 time per week on a randomized day (for security reasons). This means your order may not go out within the 4 day system limit. If you are in a hurry to receive your product please do not order from me. As usual you will still receive a message confirming that your order has been received and a message that it has shipped.

When ordering, please only use PGP or enter your address directly into the order form since SR is already encrypted end-to-end. I do not accept privnote addresses and you should not be taking the risk to use them either.

Use a name that matches the address. Your real name will help a lot by making your order blend in with all your other mail. My packaging is too discreet for most customs to intercept except by detailed inspection but if your postman notices that the name doesn't match the address, there is nothing I can do. Misspell your name slightly if it makes you feel better.

It should go without saying that you should only order from a clean address. Please do not fault me for any reason if you order from an address that is already flagged.

Make sure to write your address properly and include your country and your postal code. Do not write your name or address in ALL CAPS.

I don't ever do express delivery or tracking, this is for both your security and mine. The reality is that express mail is handled differently and gets more attention from inspectors. As for signing, you will never ever have to sign for an order from me. Don't take the LE risk by ordering from services that use mail tracking or require you to sign for a delivery.

The majority of my orders worldwide take between 10-14 days to arrive, some quicker (3 days) and some slower (4 weeks). If your order happens to take longer than you expect, please be patient and don't worry. However, if you are not 100% prepared and satisfied to deal with the possibility of slow mail, or if you would penalize me through feedback ratings because of slow mail, please do not order from me. I can not provide more specific shipping estimates for each country.

Since all orders are shipped by regular mail with no type of identification or tracking at all and there is no express or tracking option available (this is for everyone's safety), ultimately I can not be responsible for lost mail. While I stand by the quality of my product completely and take care to package your order carefully, postal errors and delivery issues are beyond my control and I can not be held responsible for them. If you are a buyer who would leave me less than a 5/5 rating because of shipping issues, please do not order from me.


-PACKAGING
My stealth packaging is secure and very discreet, and I have been reviewed by an ex-postal inspection worker:

Your safety in receiving is a very high priority and I do my best to make your mail not attract any attention on its way to you. Only items that are not controlled in most locations ship in their original blister packaging and the listing description for those items will have this information.


-CONFIDENTIALITY

-RESHIP & REFUND
If a refund is necessary it will be given through the SR system. Reship & refund options are considered on a case by case basis and will depend on a number of factors including your statistics and receiving address, and except in rare cases the refund amount will not be more than 50%. If you are not completely satisfied with this policy please do not place an order. If you are a new customer you may be sent individual terms when you place your order and asked to confirm that you understand and agree to them.

Buyers get to see if their vendor uses hedged escrow or not on the shopping cart page before completing purchase. If my escrow is currently hedged when you place your order this means the $ amount kept in escrow will be refunded rather than the BTC amount. If you are not satisfied with this possibility, please do not order from me.

Some locations have increased vigilance in their customs. For security reasons I can not say which but orders from some locations may not be eligible for any reship or refund and buyers must agree to take full responsibility and not penalize the vendor. If your location is included you will receive a message with those terms and conditions to agree to before your order ships. If you would like to know if your country falls into those terms before ordering, please send a message.


-DO YOU HAVE TO FINALIZE EARLY?
No. Never in more than 2 years have any buyers been asked for FE. A few customers have misunderstood and a few others have chosen to FE on their own. If you choose to FE make sure to keep your transaction ID # so that if you have any problems later your order details can be verified.


-AUTO-FINALIZE
As stated above, shipping may take up to 4 weeks. Since the escrow system sets orders that have not been finalized to auto-finalize 17 days after they are marked in transit, this means you may have to click to take the order to resolution and extend the due date to prevent auto-finalize. There is currently no way to eliminate this possibility without risking both your and my security. If you are not completely satisfied with this possibility, please do not order from me.


-CUSTOMER SERVICE
Every buyer and every order is important to me. I limit the number of orders I take so I don't get too overloaded to provide the best customer service I can. Because of this, I ask that if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send me a message directly to try to solve the problem before leaving any feedback. If you are a buyer who would leave less than a 5/5 rating without giving the vendor a chance to solve the problem first, please do not order from me. I believe transactions on SR contain an element of risk for both parties and should be done in the spirit of mutual respect and cooperation, and I would like to fill orders only for buyers who share this idea.

Occasionally a new buyer will misunderstand the terms of agreement and finalize an order he should not have and leave a low rating in the meantime. When this happens, it is not due to any dishonesty or negligence on my part as my regular buyers would know and I always try to work to help the new buyer with his issue. Sometimes there are also extortionists or scammers who threatens to post bad feedback unless I give them money.
