Your order is confirmed, as soon you get confirmation-Message from us. Then you have to finalize your order if you didn't have 5 successful transactions on SR or a refund-rate higher then 5%! We print your address directly, nothing was saved anywhere. After confirming your order, they exists only on your package, which will be posted in timeframe we given you. We use standard envelopes, looking like business mails and bubble-envelopes for shipment. For bottles and larger orders we have a special method, which we don’t want to provide here ;). All orders will be packed into bags which would be welded.

If something is not okay with your order – Please write us a message instead posting us a bad rating directly. We like to figure out what’s your problem is. We surely find a solution for your problem, and both sides will be happy on the end.

Germany: up to 7 business day. But in 95% not more than 2 business day. Please don't ask about your order until four working days are over.
European Union: up to 14 business days. But in 95% not more than 3-5 business days.
We have a success rate of about 99,5% to all EU countries.
Rest of World: Can take up to 21 days.

We also ship to, but require FE for every order:
Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, India, Russia - To much scammers there or very hardheaded customs, so sorry, No shipment to this countrys without FE!

No refund if you give us wrong address or something shit like this. If you use wrong address so letter is lost. Even if you send tracked.

Scammers go away.

We give refund if you can prove lost of letter by showing us a seizure-letter from the customs.

We don’t use handwriting or other shit like that on our packages. We print all addresses out. We use hand gloves and trying to avoid fingerprints. Also we use Glue instead of licking of stamps or something like that ;).
We use sender address from different persons, from different locations in Germany. Otherwise we change the Sending station at least one time per weak.
If you order Pills blistered please consider that we remove the charge number from the blisters. That’s for security reasons. Most blistered tabs we sell are narcotics in Germany and traceable about these number. We don’t send blistered amounts outside Germany, because blister are too easy to detect by X-Ray which would be used much more in lasts month.
