THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Nearly all of our international mailings reach their destination (97% Australia, ~99% other international). If your item goes missing I appologise, but I cannot help you more then that as my margins are too small to cover such losses. If people keep refusing to accept this, I may have to implement a FE policy for ALL international orders.

Help ensure your package reaches you by MAKING SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT! You would be surprised at how many people forget country names, have spelling mistakes for their state etc. We correct as much as we can, but we are only human, and this is not our responsibility!

I aim to post all products within 36 hours. Please note that during extremely busy times this can take a little longer.

**UK Untracked mail is by "Royal Mail First Class" post. Takes 1-3 days, and does NOT require a signature. Sometimes takes up to a week.

**International Untracked covers all countries. This is a standard airmail service. There is no protection with this service. No signature needed. Generally takes between 3-7 days. At times takes up to 25 days (esp USA and Aus)

--LOST POST--
UK Untracked - the incidence of lost post is very rare. In the event your package is lost, refunds will be judged on a case by case basis, generally it is 12.5% for most lost items, 25% for trusted buyers. Items are only considered lost after 15 working days.

International Untracked- NO REFUNDS.

--FE POLICY--
The vast majority of orders go through escrow, but please note the following - if you have over a 5% refund rate, you will need to FE. If you have made less then 5 trades, then you will need to FE large orders only (over 100GBP).

All bulk orders need to be FE'd, this is to help cash flow/liquidity.
