Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you that we had an incident wherein a large amount of product was damaged, thus rendering them unsaleable. To make matters worse, our inbound shipment has been lost in the mail for several days. We anticipated having it and a steady uninterrupted supply of product. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Therefore, all orders Containing MintPraz or CherryPraz that were placed on or after 5/15 have NOT been shipped. If you would like a refund, we completely understand, just let us know and we will be happy to refund in full. Otherwise, we will ship your order as soon as our product arrives, and as compensation for the inconvenience, we will be enclosing an extra bottle of the product you ordered.

We marked all orders as "shipped" in order to remove your address from our computer.

We are hoping to have this situation sorted out as early as tomorrow, but it could be as late as Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

Will let everyone know when the situation has been resolved. Until then, All Praz has temporarily removed from our listings.
