Shoud I Choose To Have DGC Send My Package Using Regristed Mail?

If you want peace of mind while ordering, choose to use Registered mail for your outgoing package!
You'll receive tracking numbers as soon as your order has been shipped.
Enter the received tracking number on the tracking tool of your local mail services provider.
From that moment onwards, you will be able to retrieve a detailed overview of the current state/location of your package.
Keep in mind, in most cases you WILL have to sign for it on delivery.

How Long Does It Take Before DGC Ships My Order Out after Receiving My Payment?

Within the EU that would mean on average of 5-7 business days until your product is at your doorstep!

What Happens When My Package Seized By customs?
If you can prove that your package was seized, by sending us a digital copy of the letter you'll most definitely receive from your customs organization, you will receive a FULL REBOUND.
