❖ 3. DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND ADDRESS FORMAT:

❏ We only ship via USPS Priority Mail and/or Royal Mail with tracking (often referred to as a DCN). Orders are processed and shipped out Monday thru Friday (excluding postal holidays). The cutoff for Friday Shipping is 13:00 UTC. After that time, the order will be considered as if placed on Monday. There shall be no orders shipped out on Saturday. We unfortunately may not automatically furnish patrons with tracking information. Though, since we do maintain DCNs, if you would rather have it forwarded to you, you only need but ask and it will be furnished to you upon request.
☉ US to US shipping time is approximately 2-5 days after order enters postal system. USPS advertises 2-3 days for Priority Mail but that's just them putting their best foot forward. Weather, sorting center disruptions, indolent carriers, dogs roaming loose about the route... well you quite get the picture, often add an additional day or two. So consider that once you place your order and it is confirmed, expect delivery within 5 business days with an average of 3 days.
☉ UK to UK shipping time is approximately 2-5 days after order enters postal system. (Add a day or two with regards to shipping time to the Republic of Ireland)
☉ UK to US shipping time is approximately 6-9 days after order enters postal system.
✧ "enters the postal system" is when the parcel is actually scanned by the postal operators.
❏ Please allow us up to 48-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 UTC and on weekends will be considered as if placed on the following Monday. We will only mark your order as in transit once we are assured that your parcel has entered the postal system. Though if you're furnished with a DCN within 48 hours of placing your order, you may not witness any informational transit status updates until the parcel is first processed through a major USPS sorting center - a process that can take up to 24 hours or more especially if shipped out late on a Friday afternoon. Either way, you can be assured that your parcel is on its way and can make a reasonable guess as to when you may expect it to arrive. And we do know the exciting, nail biting anticipation you may endure whilst awaiting its arrival. Like you, we too were SR buyers once upon a time. Some of us still are. We just can't get past the very concept of pharmaceuticals and other illicit delicacies delivered via post to your door. It is quite mind boggling. Enough to make you want to keep doing it. Innit? :)
❏ We do NOT, however, offer overnight USPS Express Mail shipping or Royal Mail Special Delivery under any circumstances. This policy stands without exception. Please accept our sincere apologies in regards to this policy. But the risk involved in offering this sort of service to you represents far too great of a security risk for us at present. (Truth be told, we are all rather camera shy and our darling Lucia attracts far too much attention to herself when let out in public). So we ask that you plan ahead and stock up well and stock up often to ensure that you are never found without sufficient supply of your favorite product(s). (We know and understand the suffering of withdrawal and we do not wish it upon any of our patrons whom we consider our dear friends.)

❏ We find that it is in one's best interest to relay their address to us in the form of a PGP encrypted message. We understand that proficiency with PGP may appear daunting and difficult. But with a little practice, a modicum of patience and by following decent guides, one can learn and learn quickly to master its use.
❏ Please always include your public key separately from your PGP message in all communications. Preferably under your PGP message separated by a few lines for clarity sake. We ask this of you because of two reasons: (1) we may need to verify your address or message intention and (2) as for the sake of your security, we do not maintain a permanent catalog of our patron's public PGP Keys - only on a very temporarily basis do we keep patron's Public PGP. on file.

❏ All transactions conducted with us shall be executed via Silk Road's legendary institution of escrow. An institution, a system and an ideal we are firm advocates of.
❏ We shall not transmit a request to any patron, the foul and offensive term, "Finalize Early." How unconscionable and repugnant? Neither shall its equally offensive common abbreviation, "FE," being no less of a curse, be written in request of any. The only exception of having to use the term would be in response to the question if asked whether we require such before shipping. To which we would reply with a definitive,"no, never shall we ever require one to...and you must pardon our ill manner of speaking, finalize early."
✧ If one chooses to finalize early of their own accord and free will, we will not stop one from doing so nor would one incur any penalty for having done so.
❏ Policy regarding unestablished SR patron's order size limitation:

☉ For the unestablished patron (that is to say a patron who presents to us as having 5 or less completed transactions or less than 10 but more than 5 completed transactions as reflected by their SR purchasing stats), there are certain limitations we would impose with regard to the maximum order size you may place with us.

☉ The order size limitations for unestablished patrons (Buyers with Purchasing stats <=10 transactions) shall be as follows:

✧ For those patrons with ▶5 or less◀ completed transactions as reflected by their SR purchasing stats, they will be limited to a maximum order size of quantity (100).
✧ For those patrons with ▶10 or less◀ completed transactions as reflected by their SR purchasing stats, but ▶more than 5◀, they will be limited to a maximum order size of quantity (200)
✧ For the unestablished patron who completes several successful subsequent transactions with us under the imposed limits, this patron will be granted unrestricted access to all listed order sizes as we would have recognized that they have demonstrated to be patrons of good character.
Such a patron would be notified that they no longer have to be concerned about any order quantity limit via PM shortly after they finalize their most recent order which allowed us to recognize their good standing.
❏ ATTEMPTED VIOLATION OF OUR UNESTABLISHED PATRON ORDER LIMIT POLICY MAY RESULT IN ORDER CANCELLATION. The violator will be notified of the reason for order rejection and be given a chance to either cancel and re-order according to our policy limits. If they choose to finalize early of their own accord, the order will be honored. However, if we have to cancel the order, it will reflect on your purchasing history. If the buyer cancels the order, it will not reflect on the buyer's Purchasing history. Therefore, we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order on your end so as to preserve your Purchasing Stats.
❏ EXEMPTION TO THE LIMITATION RULE: if you feel that your total spent on SR regardless of the low number of transactions reflected by your purchasing stats should suggest that you are suitable to order a quantity greater than the imposed order quantity restrictions, do contact us before placing an order so that we may review your stats and determine an appropriate higher limit which we would feel comfortable entering into a transaction with you at.
✧ Alternatively, if one chooses to finalize early of their own accord and free will, we will not stop one from doing so nor would one incur any penalty for having done so. Their order would be honoured and processed without further ado.

❖ 6. FREQUENT PATRON PROGRAMME:

❏ It would certainly be ill of us to not have such a programme in place. We are old school in this regard. If you are a frequent patron of our proprietorship, you should be treated as friend and kindred. After all, without you, we would not be establishment we desire to be.
But what would be a suitable offer in regards to reflecting our appreciation for your faithful patronage? Why, what else than complimentary extras with your order from time to time. A "hand grab" offering, as we like to refer to it, where we simply close our eyes, reach into our stock after filling your order from what you've ordered, and grab a "hand's worth" of extra product to include in your order without charge to you. Our most appreciated and faithful patrons. How often will this occur? We will let fate be our guide. But rest assured that it will happen at least once between every 3 to 5 transactions. This much we know. We can't imagine fate would have it any other way.
And we would know who our faithful patrons are by memory or by simply looking back at the feedback you've left us in the past. We may even at times issue you special gift codes to use at your good pleasure.

❖ 7. THOUGHTS AND POLICY REGARDING REFUNDS:

Quite simply, it is our hope that no transaction is ever soured by an occasion that demands a refund. But because we cannot control all aspects of our business at all times, we must accept that mistakes can and do happen. For to err is to be human.
So our policy, which aims for fairness, is such with regards to refunds:
❏ A. If you receive less than ordered. We will credit you an appropriate difference. But this is one of the least likely events to occur since at this stage, we double check the count. Pills broken in transit being the fault of some rather brutish USPS personnel, we do not consider as you having received less than ordered. And let's be honest amongst ourselves, pills, like rules, are often meant to be broken. Especially narcotics and stimulants to hurry along that tantalizing rush.
Nevertheless, if you happen to receive a few broken pills, and this sort of thing vexes or bedevils you, come have a chat with us and we can surely reason together as to an appropriate and agreeable form of compensation. [ And now here is that part where we interject the fast talking spokesperson who rattles off legalese; broken pill compensation not to exceed 15% of the order total exclusive of shipping. Excessive requests for broken pill compensation may lead to termination of business between the parties involved. Consideration of the type of pill will be taken into account when determining the probability of pill(s) arriving in less than whole condition. Certain methods of packaging may be at fault for pill breakage which is why allowance of compensation of pill breakage is considered a matter policy. Void where prohibited by .... nevermind that last part. Heh. ]
❏ B. If you receive the wrong order. We will allow you the choice of having us correctly sending you what you ordered at no extra charge to you or refund your coin. Though even here, this occurrence would be quite rare considering our infrastructure and procedures against such an occurrence.
❏ C. If you fail to receive your order and tracking confirms this, we will allow you, your choice of refund or reshipment. (See subsection D, second paragraph, for policy regarding tracking reporting parcel as "undeliverable or undeliverable as addressed).
❏ D. If your order tracking reports that your package was delivered, yet you take it upon yourself to play the role of the scoundrel and claim otherwise and further, enter us into a dispute which SR resolution would have to arbitrate... Well firstly, my dastardly friend, you won't win and you'll lose us as a proprietor with whom you may never deal with again. (Unless we are in an exceptionally forgiving mood and decide to let you back into our good graces. Though, I wouldn't bank on that.)
Moreover, if tracking reports as undeliverable or undeliverable as addressed, then we assume, rightfully, that you submitted a fake address or fake name or even worse, both. No refund would be granted under these conditions and our relations would be terminated immediately. The very thoughts of submitting us into arbitration with SR Resolutions would be most futile.
❏ E. If you feel that the quality of the pharmaceutical product you received is, as they say "bunk" or "fake" (something which we don't dispense as we only deal with prime sources), we may offer you several possible options that might meet with your satisfaction: A partial refund, a partial to full reshipment, or perhaps some combination of both. And then there's always the additional option of entering into a cussing match via PM exchange.(Something that could prove to be quite entertaining. I wouldn't pass on this opportunity as being absurd. It can be quite the stress reliever. And no telling what sort of legendary dialog might manifest as a result). Of course, you can do what you wish with what you claim to be of inferior quality. Eat more of it, sell it, burn it, or simply flush it away. Perhaps even use it for a child's arts and crafts project. Wouldn't that be a kick in the pants? A heart shaped outline made of glued on pills adhered to purple craft paper with "I love mummy" in the middle. Parents invited to show and tell. Teacher and other parents noticing. The look of chagrin and exhausted pride on the child's mum's face. Definitely a YouTube worthy capture and post. We'd pay good folding money to see that. But, we digress...
Though in the unlikely event that you truly and honestly feel it necessary to put forward such a claim about our product quality as being inferior, we would regardless take it very seriously as the distribution of a product of questionable quality could prove to be dangerous to our patrons. Something we would not tolerate considering that we highly regard the well being of our patrons whom we hold dear. What would precipitate as a result of such a claim is that we would execute an immediate investigation of our remaining inventory and take random samples for testing. We would also likely contact some of our trusted patrons to get their opinion concerning the quality of their most recent order if we determine that they also received product from the same lot-date code which someone has claimed to be of inferior quality. This entire process of investigation would be executed swiftly and if tests and opinions of our trusted patrons contradict your claim, we would be obligated to first reassure our patrons. Then we would submit our evidence to SR resolution staff to arbitrate between your singular contradictory claim and our researched counter claim. We would expect, as has been noted with other Silk Road sellers who've faced similar accusations, that SR resolution officiates would rule in our favor denying the accusing buyer any sort of refund. That would of course conclude the matter and we would be obligated to no longer transact business with you (as based upon your SR buyer name). And for the protection of other Silk Road Sellers, we would submit your buyer name to a blacklist of buyers to avoid. And on top of that, we would seek the service of a witch doctor of whom would cast a spell of bad karma upon your wretched soul and spirit. Or is that a shaman who does that? Better to employ both then.
❏ F. Other than that, we can't seem to figure on any other issues which might call for a refund. Especially given that we strive to satisfy and reasonably accommodate our patrons as they are considered our friends and compatriots in this war against a person's right of self determination. A war being waged against you, the good people of this great country. .
And consider this also, the longer you've been a patron of our establishment, as measured not in mere days or months, but by frequency of orders and/or amount transacted with us, the higher your expectation should be that we will indeed treat you with the well earned respect you deserve. You have every right to expect that should an issue arise between us, that we would work fairly and honestly to reach a resolution that you would find satisfactory.

❏ By George, let it not ever be spoken of you that you allowed an order to have auto-finalized. A most horrible thing to have on your record with us. We would of course take into account your past patronage with us and would likely excuse it without any ill will between us. But if it's your first order with us, we would be quite disappointed. And by quite, I mean essentially, we'd be livid and beside ourselves. Though, being the reasonable chaps that we are, if you have what we may consider a valid reason for letting such an... egregious event come to pass, we would give it due consideration and may forgive your trespass, extending to you the hand of friendship. You would then be granted the pleasure of continuing to build a relationship with us. On the other hand, if you are an unestablished buyer or if you are a new patron and we find your reason (or lack of reason as the case may be) for letting this most untenable and wretched event occur, we reserve the right to terminate conducting any further transactions with you in the future. (That's a bit harsh sounding. I admit. So if it does happen, just be prepared to send us a litany of messages asking for forgiveness. We especially like when pleadings for forgiveness are received in the form of poetry and/or sonnets. Just so you know. Suggests an old school sensibility.)

For instance, we have ♔Sir Pillsalot♔. A bit of a chatty fellow but quite likeable and is often patient. Especially with those new to the Silk Road experience and/or to our proprietorship.
And of course, we have ♔Sir Pillington♔, who's generally cordial in as much as is minimally required, as he's often plagued with a low tolerance for idle chit-chat. He's basically all business. A gravely serious fellow who oddly enough can crack a joke unexpectedly leaving you to wonder if you should reply with "LOL" or "Uhh... sorry?" (I recommend replying with both).
And then there's the ♚Right Hounourable Lord Wellington of Xanaxia♚. If you ever want a sympathetic and patient ear to attend your concern (especially the kind of question that common sense should be able to answer), then he is indeed your man of choice to get in contact with.
And we would be remiss if we didn't mention our lovely and talented ♥♕♥ Lady Lucia Nella Skye Con Diamanti (so named Dame LSD) who is the one responsible for our look and presentation. If you're fortunate enough to encounter this charming Italian Principessa, rest assured that whatever your cares may be, they will be well attended to.
There's a couple of other blokes and lassies we refer to as "lowly serfs" who may take up the slack from time to time that you may, through shear chance, have the pleasure of interacting with. Pleasure of course being used in the most highly subjective sense of its definition. I kid, I kid. They are more amiable than any of us Lords. Truth be told.

Weather, sorting center disruptions, indolent carriers, dogs roaming loose about the route... well you quite get the picture, often add an additional day or two. So consider that once you place your order and it is confirmed, expect delivery within 5 business days with an average of 3 days.

Such a patron would be notified that they no longer have to be concerned about any order quantity limit via PM shortly after they finalize their most recent order which allowed us to recognize their good standing.

Excessive requests for broken pill compensation may lead to termination of business between the parties involved. Consideration of the type of pill will be taken into account when determining the probability of pill(s) arriving in less than whole condition. Certain methods of packaging may be at fault for pill breakage which is why allowance of compensation of pill breakage is considered a matter policy. ❏ B. If you receive the wrong order. We will allow you the choice of having us correctly sending you what you ordered at no extra charge to you or refund your coin. Though even here, this occurrence would be quite rare considering our infrastructure and procedures against such an occurrence.
❏ C. If you fail to receive your order and tracking confirms this, we will allow you, your choice of refund or reshipment. (See subsection D, second paragraph, for policy regarding tracking reporting parcel as "undeliverable or undeliverable as addressed).

If your order tracking reports that your package was delivered, yet you take it upon yourself to play the role of the scoundrel and claim otherwise and further, enter us into a dispute which SR resolution would have to arbitrate... Well firstly, my dastardly friend, you won't win and you'll lose us as a proprietor with whom you may never deal with again. (Unless we are in an exceptionally forgiving mood and decide to let you back into our good graces. Though, I wouldn't bank on that.)
Moreover, if tracking reports as undeliverable or undeliverable as addressed, then we assume, rightfully, that you submitted a fake address or fake name or even worse, both. No refund would be granted under these conditions and our relations would be terminated immediately. The very thoughts of submitting us into arbitration with SR Resolutions would be most futile.

If you feel that the quality of the pharmaceutical product you received is, as they say "bunk" or "fake" (something which we don't dispense as we only deal with prime sources), we may offer you several possible options that might meet with your satisfaction: A partial refund, a partial to full reshipment, or perhaps some combination of both. And then there's always the additional option of entering into a cussing match via PM exchange.(Something that could prove to be quite entertaining. I wouldn't pass on this opportunity as being absurd. It can be quite the stress reliever. And no telling what sort of legendary dialog might manifest as a result). Of course, you can do what you wish with what you claim to be of inferior quality. Eat more of it, sell it, burn it, or simply flush it away. Perhaps even use it for a child's arts and crafts project. Wouldn't that be a kick in the pants? A heart shaped outline made of glued on pills adhered to purple craft paper with "I love mummy" in the middle. Parents invited to show and tell. Teacher and other parents noticing. The look of chagrin and exhausted pride on the child's mum's face. Definitely a YouTube worthy capture and post. We'd pay good folding money to see that. But, we digress...
Though in the unlikely event that you truly and honestly feel it necessary to put forward such a claim about our product quality as being inferior, we would regardless take it very seriously as the distribution of a product of questionable quality could prove to be dangerous to our patrons. Something we would not tolerate considering that we highly regard the well being of our patrons whom we hold dear. What would precipitate as a result of such a claim is that we would execute an immediate investigation of our remaining inventory and take random samples for testing. We would also likely contact some of our trusted patrons to get their opinion concerning the quality of their most recent order if we determine that they also received product from the same lot-date code which someone has claimed to be of inferior quality. This entire process of investigation would be executed swiftly and if tests and opinions of our trusted patrons contradict your claim, we would be obligated to first reassure our patrons. Then we would submit our evidence to SR resolution staff to arbitrate between your singular contradictory claim and our researched counter claim. We would expect, as has been noted with other Silk Road sellers who've faced similar accusations, that SR resolution officiates would rule in our favor denying the accusing buyer any sort of refund. That would of course conclude the matter and we would be obligated to no longer transact business with you (as based upon your SR buyer name). And for the protection of other Silk Road Sellers, we would submit your buyer name to a blacklist of buyers to avoid. And on top of that, we would seek the service of a witch doctor of whom would cast a spell of bad karma upon your wretched soul and spirit. Or is that a shaman who does that? Better to employ both then.

Especially given that we strive to satisfy and reasonably accommodate our patrons as they are considered our friends and compatriots in this war against a person's right of self determination.
