PRICING
Prices are set in US dollars and I use the hedged escrow service to protect against currency fluctuations. SR charges an approximate 4% fee for the use of hedged services. If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, you will not receive the same dollar amount back. I will NOT refund the difference.

PURCHASING
Orders are processed and messages are responded to once per day from Monday - Friday (08:00am - 12:00pm UTC). No orders are processed on weekends. Delays will occasionally occur. If there is going to be a significant delay in processing your order, I will post the information at the top of my vendor profile. No compensation will be provided for delayed deliveries.
If you aren’t required to Finalize Early, please ensure that you release funds once you have received your order. If your order auto-finalizes, you may be added to my banned buyers list and your SR user name will be added to the SR Vendors’ Suspicious/Irresponsible Buyer List so as to protect other vendors from suffering from your irresponsible ways. We work hard to ship orders in a timely manner and expect buyers to finalize promptly once they have received, sampled and verified their order. This is not intended as a threat, but given the lack of other options to protect ourselves, we work closely with other top vendors to ensure our continued success.

REFUND POLICY
100% Refund will be offered on all non deliveries where order is lost in transit and not marked delivered by Australia Post. If order is marked delivered no refund will be offered. Please double check the address you provide before you place your order. AS
NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE FOR ADDRESSES NOT PROVIDED IN THE FORMAT AS SHOWN ABOVE.

In the case of non delivery, 25%refund for customers with less than 5 transactions with us, 50% for buyers with more than 5 Purchases with us. refund will be offered after 10 business days after order is placed in transit. This is to ensure that Australia Post have not misplaced or misdirected that mail. The customer resolve function is available to the customer at this point however please message me prior to taking this action so we can both decide a fair resolution between us without SR intervention and damage to each others stats.

REFUND CALCULATION
Refunds are calculated based on the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. I refund in BTC (converted from the USD amount at the time of purchase) based on the current weighted average of BTC by Mt. Gox. No exceptions will be made to this calculation method!

Please accept that I have no more control over delivery times other than using the Express service and posting orders within the time I promised to above. After that its up to Australia Post to keep to their own guaranteed service. Thanks for your understanding.
