• I ship daily from Monday to Thursday, that’s 4 times a week.

• I only offer express post as this has been proven to be the safest for vendors in counteracting scammers and their “no shows” claims, it will also show if a package has genuinely been lost, which is an almost impossible occurrence.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

I provide Express Shipping for all orders due to the ability to track the item online and Express Post items being much safer due to their priority status.

Please note I will not release the Express tracking numbers due to security reasons except for non-delivery.

Orders received before 11pm AUS EST Mon-Thur will be sent the next day and in most cases received the day after.

If you are outside of Auspost next day delivery zones then this will usually take an extra day to arrive.

eg. If you place an order before 11pm EST on a Monday, and live inside the Aust Post next day delivery zone, Your order will be sent the next day (Tuesday) and you will more than likely receive your order the day after (Wednesday). Although this is entirely up to Aust Post, I guarantee I will ship next day, as long as not after 11pm EST this You can count on this!

If your order says IN TRANSIT, I have physically posted your order. Until you see this It has not been sent, and you will never see IN TRANSIT if I have not yet sent your order.

If your order does not arrive, please contact me for a resolution. I take fraud seriously - if you attempt to defraud me you risk your surrounding area to be blacklisted to all SR vendors via the vendors only blacklist forum. I will actively engage in the resolution process within the SR system.

DISPUTES

NO REFUNDS unless it is merited.

I will assess each case on it's merit and take into consideration the buyers stats, previous order history and legitimacy. All cases will be fully investigated & resolved with a reasonable time and a have a fair outcome.

Buyers should leave 5/5 feedback unless there are any major problems, that once seller has been contacted, could not be resolved.
