1) SHIPPING:
Hours of Operation: Orders ship out within 24 hours, usually same day in most cases. Orders received after 8am EST, will be processed the following day. Orders received on Fridays after 8am EST will be processed first thing Monday morning. Everyone deserves a weekend :o)

In the interest of increasing safety and decreasing postal service awareness, there will be less listings up per day. All the stealth in the world doesn't do a lick of good if there is an insane amount of packages going out daily. This is for your benefit, trust me :)

I cannot be held responsible for items that are addressed correctly, but get intercepted. To be very clear, I will not be responsible for lost or non-delivered packages. I take pride in my work and will ensure all packages are packed stealthily and addressed accurately. I have proven myself to be a reliable member of the SR Community.

I wanted to do free shipping, but after the first few orders, I realized the time it takes, plus the extra materials and equipment involved in "stealthing" a box for delivery. Plus postage & Tracking. So, I felt that the tiny $5.50 charge wasn't going to kill anyone or screw them over. On larger, custom orders, we can talk about waiving the postal charges :)

I will ship all packages with USPS, so you can rest assured that delivery won't take more than 3-5 business days. You will receive a message as soon as it's shipped. Also, I cannot make any guarantees about delivery or how USPS operates, and this is your risk.

If you decide to use a fake name or have it shipped to an address other than your own, then the gamble is yours. I can only ship out to the info you've provided me. If you select a covert delivery name and address, I can't predict if your master plan of undercover shipping will work once the package leaves my hands :)

I will only give out the tracking # in cases where a resolution is absolutely necessary. Strings of messages with tracking numbers and excessive status checking on the part of buyers, will only increase USPS awareness. This is for everyone's safety. Checking package status too often flags packages, especially when people are trying to check while in TorBrowser. Rest assured, I will keep the shipping records intact until successful delivery, and feedback has been received. After that, the shipping info is destroyed. All of my customers have received their packages, not a single shipment has gone astray and I aim to keep it that way :)

For now, I only ship USPS. If you are unwilling to accept the risks involved in delivery of these types of transactions, no matter how small they may be, please do not hesitate to reconsider your purchase.

2) ORDERING:

If you have an order out and decide to place a 2nd one, please finalize the 1st one. I don't believe having 2 open orders simultaneously for the same customer is a good business practice.
