Getting Bitcoins in the UK - bit tricky of late you may have noticed - MT.Gox - Intersango pretty much useless. Here's where we come in.

All coins are £81 flat - no fees or charges (unlike other BTC SR sellers). You can buy part coins, ie. 1.4, 2.5, 0.25 etc. No bulk discounts. Our rates will closely track MtGox but without the iBan/Swift fees your bank makes you pay to use this as well as the several day wait as they now use Polish banks to bypass the UK bank ban. Thus we're ALWAYS cheaper, ALWAYS quicker.

You may notice the prices have gone through the roof. This will not affect you like it seems as long as you buy goods from Silk Road which are 'hedged'. In short, the higher the bitcoin rate goes up the lower the goods price will be so they balance out. Some buyers still do not understand this & are waiting for the BTC price to come down but this will not save you money on hedged items as they'll just go up in price!

We would also like to point out we will only do smaller orders as we do not have a vault of coins & like to keep UK buyers in coin as much as possible so we will not offer large bulk sales - we are there for the little guy/gal!

Coin prices will track Mt.Gox (check mtgox.com) as we have to buy at just under these rates so can go up or down depending on the market. The market is on the up at the moment & the price could go to £100/£150coin but it has been erratic to say the least due to the MT Gox attack.

Some things to note first:

1. UK customers only - UK bank to bank.
2. Bank transfer details will be given after your bid/requirements.
3. UK bank to bank is NOT always instant. It can be subject to a 3 day security check or other issue. In these cases you MUST contact your bank.
4. I am a sole trader. I do not have a team behind me & trades cannot always be when you demand - be patient & i will try to action the trade the same day. If this does not meet your demands go elsewhere. I do not live on Silk Road, sorry.
5. We realise it costs nothing to set up SR buyer account & attempt to sully our feedback. All negative feedback will be reported to DPR directly & proof of the bank transfer by way of scanned statement (minus your name/address) will be asked for & action taken if you cannot prove your transaction. We know we are cheaper & many rivals will try to bring us into disrepute - use your own judgement & common sense. Because of this we do not expect to have 100% feedback but WILL report all false negative feedbacks & attempt to have the buyer's account removed & the feedback voided.

Coins will ONLY be sent to the Silk Road name - not to a private key. This proves we have sent the coins to the correct buyer.
