-Please don't ask for tracking info. I only give it to SR Vendor Support if there is an issue.

-All mail is not created equal. USPS is unpredictable and can sometimes take 2 days, or sometimes take 5 days. The record is 1 day for quickest. I always strive to get orders out within 24 hours of being placed. Once it has left my hands it is up to the USPS. "In Transit" means your order is on it's way to your destination.

-We use Delivery Confirmation. If your item shows delivered you WILL NOT GET A REFUND

-You will NEVER have to sign for any order I send you.

-If for some reason your tracking comes back as UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED we will not be able to give you a refund or re-ship (we copy and paste the address you give us). Do NOT use fake names, double check your address/zip code, etc.

-When you receive your order, FINALIZE. It does not take much work and it SUCKS having money tied up in SR escrow. Repeat offenders/17-day-wait-auto-finalizers will be banned.

-If for some reason there is an issue with anything PLEASE contact me before you ruin my feedback with less than a 5/5. (You will be banned from ordering from us and immediately blacklisted in the vendor's only forum if you cannot stay professional).

-For security reasons, all pills are now removed from their blister packs and vacuum sealed. It eliminates rattling and noise inside the package which is to your benefit. I do not buy cheap bulk loose pills from India. Understand this takes me an unbelievable amount of time, but it is to ensure your protection and delivery success.

-Please do not message asking for deals, or free samples, these will be ignored. If you want to order bulk (100+ pills) contact me, and we may be able to work something out depending on my current supply. For the most part, what you see is what you get.

-If you are worried about your parents/roommates intercepting your package, or are under the age of 18: DO NOT order from me.

*USPS Priority Mail w/ DCN ($6): I offer this service at a very reasonable and EXACT post office rate of $6. This must be chosen for ALL orders over $50!

REFUND POLICY: Delivery success rate is 99% using both methods of postage, but to clarify: I will offer a full refund if your order does not make it to you using USPS Priority Mail w/ DCN. I CANNOT offer ANY refunds for USPS 1st Class since I have no way of proving whether or not it has truly reached you.
