- If you have any issues then please contact us before leaving negative feedback. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are happy.

4.0 - Stealth

- We pride ourselves in spending a great deal of time and effort to ensure maximum customer safety, and aim to provide some of the best stealth on the Road. All products are vacuum sealed and hidden within a seemingly legitimate commercial product.

5.0 - Shipping

- We will personally process all orders within a maximum of 48 hours after your order placement. If for any reason this period should be longer, we will inform you via message. Please supply us with a PGP key in your original order along with your address if you wish for us to encrypt any correspondence.
- Please ensure that your address is written correctly and that you use a real name. We cannot be held responsible for any missing or irretrievable packages if your address or name is incorrect.
- All domestic packages will be sent First Class (no signature required) OR by Recorded Signed For, you can choose your preferred method of shipping when you place your order. Orders should generally take around 2-4 working days to arrive.
- Packages to the rest of Europe will be sent via First Class International Mail. These orders should take around 6-10 working days to arrive, but this can depend on the efficiency of your own country's postal system.
- Please note that your choice of shipping method affects your eligibility for a refund if later necessary: see below for more details.

6.0 - Refunds

We have taken every precaution to ensure that the stealth of your order is high quality, making it highly unlikely that your package will be seized by customs. In fact, the level of our stealth has been hailed as some of the best on Silk Road (see our feedback)! If for some reason customs do seize your product we will give a 25% refund if you can provide evidence of the seizure letter with the original packaging of the product.

In the unlikely event that your product does not arrive, our refund policy depends on your chosen shipping method:
- Untracked Domestic Shipping: Not eligible for refund.
- Signed For Domestic Shipping: 25% refund subject to verification with the receiving signature. Only available after 10 working days.
- Untracked European Shipping: We are unable to offer a refund on packages being shipped to Europe at this time, due to potential abuse. Sorry guys!

Refunds are worked on a case by case basis but are unlikely to be greater than 25% due to the small profit margins we are working with on this site.

7.0 - F.E Policy

We strongly believe in the integrity of the escrow system and will therefore NEVER ask you to finalise early. We also urge you NOT to finalise before receiving the product; if you do, you will not be eligible to apply for a refund.

8.0 - Bulk Purchases

If you are looking to make a purchase that is larger than the listed items, please message us and we can negotiate a custom order for you. We are always glad to discuss bulk order discounts.
