If something does not arrive, the refund policy is 75% RESHIP, or 50% REFUND. That's it and after this we have no more responsibility. Furthermore, no refunds on shipping. Free regular reshipping is provided in case of reship. Those with fewer than five transactions are only eligible for 25% refund on non-tracked shipping as we have had far too many problems with very low-feedback clients. With tracked shipping where there is evidence, the standard refund policy applies.

Just a small additional clarification with regards to feedback.

We have NEVER asked anyone to FE. Also, we sent out every single order that was ever placed with us, always slightly overweight, IF some of these orders did not make it to their destinations then it is unfortunate, however ALL of these cases people received 100% refunds, and still chose to leave 1/5 feedback, what more could they ask from us? We took 100% of the risk and burden in-case the product did not arrive the customer got all of their money back, this is why you can see it's a case of extortion for EXTRA product and money. When someone gets back all of their money when a shipment does not arrive, and yet still leaves 1/5 and messages us for MORE!.

Furthermore, this represented a very small number of cases with respect to our total business, since we decided to delete our marijuana listings instead of put them into stealth mode this dropped the perfect feedback down considerably by 8% from 98%.

With respect to the feedback issue. We had 100% feedback rating basically up until one week before we decided to take a break for one month and change things up. Basically half of the people that had current orders with us decided it was the perfect opportunity to claim they didn't receive their orders and try to scam some money back as we were preparing to leave. Even people who had tracking numbers showing their packages were delivered still had to audacity to claim they didn't get anything. Furthermore, we have decided to take a long break from marijuana, so we deleted all of our marijuana listings which basically all had 100% feedback rating, so that dropped our overall rating by 8% from 98%.
