Too much cash (btc) is getting tied up in escrow to permit for ongoing effective product purchasing and the last thing I do not want happpening is to have ongoing supply held up waiting for people to finalise.

Problems:
a) Finalising : I ship as quickly as I possibly can and should expect in return that buyers finalise within twenty four hours of receipt of their order. I will consider banning any buyer who does not do so in future.
b) Feedback Blackmailing: Trying to barter a better deal from me by threatening to provide bad feedback will have you banned and placed on the banned buyers list that vendors use to protect themselves from such buyers.
c) I will not refund under normal circumstances. I will refund should the buyer elect to accept signature delivery for their order when placing the order and only should that order fail to arrive.
d) It should be obvious to buyers by now that we try to be very thorough and careful with packaging and stealth methods. We will not accept from any buyer that the product ordered was not concealed in the article/envelope/post bag sent to the address provided by the buyer..
d) Should a problem develop I will re-ship but only after talking with the buyer and agreements made that feedback will be 5/5 when the problem is resolved to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller.
e) To place negative feedback without first giving an opportunity to resolve any problem will have the buyer banned from placing any further orders from N N.
I am new at vending and this is a learning process for me and as time goes on I will make changes that will hopefully provide buyers with better service and value.

I am not here to make a fortune but to recoup my costs and have a little left over for my own pleasure occasionally. I only want to deal with actual heroin knowledgeable and experienced customers. I do not and will not sell this product to the naive user. This heroin is sourced direct from the Labs in the Golden Triangle and will never be jumped on by me. This product is dangerous for those unexperienced with its use, meaning at least two years of ongoing addiction or ongoing regular use. More suited to the I V user but certainly does the job via nasal administration as well. It is not a smokable product unless mixed with caffeine.

My preferred customer is one who is on a current program with either methadone or suboxone or similar. One point of this gets over 60 mg of methadone easily.Two points will o d most people. If you are not prepared to be questioned about your use history do not contact me.

PURCHASING GUIDELINES:

1. SHIPPING
I will have all orders sent daily at 4 pm. I have orders shipped from New Zealand and two Australian states. I process the orders but have them re-shipped. Should I be located by L E there is no product here with me.

Please do not contact me re any order until five (5) working days have passed.

1.a Addresses must be provided via pgp encryption. Should this not be done your order can be cancelled

1.b You can if you wish nominate a return to sender address off your own for your order that then ensures it will get to you.

2. EXPRESS POST
I will send orders track-able express postage only if specifically asked to do so. Orders will be sent if submitted by 10 am at 4 pm.
(next day to most Australian addresses, check auspost.com.au).

3. MY MESSAGE REPLY UNDERTAKING
I will reply to all messages on a priority basis. Since starting here on the road the majority of messages
have been answered either here or on the actual product listings and answering unneeded messages slows down the order processing. Should there be no indication in the message panel as to the message contents it goes to the bottom of the pile.

4. SPECIAL REQUESTS

5. EARLY FINALIZATION:

6. FEEDBACK:

I WILL CONSIDER REFUSING ANY FURTHER ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS WHO, GIVE FEEDBACK LESS THAN 5 out of 5. If you have any serious problem receiving the product, or with the product itself, please send me a clearly worded message explaining your concerns and I will talk to you in an effort to find a fair resolution. No problem is unsolvable no matter its size or reason if people communicate.

9. REFUNDS

I will refund 85% but only when it is shown via tracking, if requested, that your order did not arrive.
I will refund 100% if you have asked for registered mail forwarding which will require a signature on receipt.
Any other refunds can be considered after discussion, possums eating the mail does not qualify nor does "my neighbor must of pinched it 'caus he's a thieving junkie".

My preferred option re refunds is to re-ship the entire order if the claim is genuine.

10. Messaging

Please always place a topic relevant to your message in the subject panel. As an example... New Customer or Late delivery, not "Hi, Gidday, Hey or Mate....If this is not done it can mean your message being ignored or left to the last to be processed.
